The food itself was about a 7 out of 10. Steak taco meat had way too much fat for me to the point most of it went to waste. To me the service is friendly it's just that the tea refill did not happen so the level of attention provided the customer could be a little higher. They have churros for dessert but they were not to my liking.

Loved it!!! I’ve stopped in 2 times now to grab tacos for my husband and I. They are really fast and so tasty! I’m a huge fan of the barbacoa street taco. Can’t wait to dine-in for the full experience, but their service has been great both times. I love that it’s family ran. Happy to support a great local business.

The restaurant is a family operated business. The window was manned by a very friendly and smart early teens young lady with a big smile and polite manner. The food was plentiful for the price and was obviously cooked to order and it was great. I have already recommended it to friends and now do with you. Well worth the stop. ENJOY.

Mimi's is a great restaurant. I came in at 30 minutes to close. They seated me immediately and had my food ready in 10 minutes: the staff was really kind and awesome.

I got street tacos al pastor and they were excellent! 4 tacos, marinated pork, grilled onion, sweet onion, cilantro, some very good salsa verde, and a side of rice and beans for less than $10.00. Plus chips and salsa; salsa is VERY good.

This place seats around 15 indoors, and maybe 20 outdoors. A bit smaller but not uncomfortable. The restaurant is located right off the highway, has a very cute atmosphere, and is a great price. I recommend attending!

Street tacos are awesome, but sort of small. Would recommend getting two orders if you're hungry. Very small dine in area, maybe 4 tables inside plus a few outside. Highly recommend this establishment.

I'm originally from San Diego so I've had a lot of great Mexican food. This place is amazing. I had a carne asada burrito and it's one of the best I've had. The salsa is flavorful and amazing, and the hot is HOT. It's a traditional taco place, so the menu is limited and the space is small but those places always have the best food and this place is no exception. Must eat.

Nice authentic Mexican food, just a small amount of seating but there is a patio sitting outside. Breakfast is drive-thru only and includes delicious breakfast burritos. We had the enchiladas they was very good.

Delicious, quaint and friendly folks!! The Street Tacos were a fun change from Tex-Mex, and I loved having fresh cilantro to sprinkle on them along with grilled onions, beans, rice and an amazing salsa!

My husband had the biggest burrito we've ever seen filled with beans, rice and fajita meat. He enjoyed it, but he got a to-go box. I ate all mine since we came up to this area to mountain bike and I was plenty hungry.

You'll enjoy this experience! When we drive up again from north Texas to bike, we will make it a priority to stop at Mimi's!

I had the street tacos with the al pastor meat. They were very good! Served with fresh onions, cilantro, rice and beans. They offer different salsas that are all fresh and tasty. My new favorite authentic Mexican food in Ada!

The food is fantastic but the service is what takes Mimi's to the next level - fast and friendly. There's not much seating inside but you'll feel right at home, and there is patio seating outside. I highly recommend the huevos rancheros, tamales, street tacos....I haven't had anything I didn't like.

Excellent food and prices. Great queso and salsa. Not home made chips though and it is a very small building with limited parking. Rice and beans are good. Good sweet tea and friendly staff.

My husband, 2 small children, and I stopped here for lunch today. It was the first time we'd been here so we got a few things to share. The available space indoors is really limited so keep that in mind before taking a whole party of people to lunch, haha. There were two tables with 3 chairs and a few with 2 chairs. There's seating outside, as well (picnic tables) but it was unseasonably cold and rainy today so we sat inside.

Chips & salsa (free): delicious; definitely the best of any Mexican place we've been to in Ada.

Queso: white and runny and delicious, just the way it should be.

I got the (4) street tacos al pastor, and they were very good. The toppings were all on the side, which I appreciate, as I chose to skip the grilled onions. The meat was generous and so were the toppings. They came with tomatillo salsa, two lime wedges, grilled and raw onions, and cilantro. I think the meal was supposed to also include beans and rice but I had more than enough food to fill me up so I didn't mind that mine was missing. I'm sure I could have asked and they'd have brought them out if I had wanted them.

My husband got Mimi's nachos (beef). They came topped with cheese dip, ground beef, refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, pico, guac, and tomatoes. Again, the toppings were very generous and everything was made from scratch. The beans were delicious and I don't typically care for beans of any kind. My husband couldn't even finish these, so there's plenty if you're a moderate eater and want to share.

Both of my children ordered a kid's chicken soft taco, which was definitely big enough to fill up a child and came with rice and beans. The taco comes with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on it so be aware of that if you're ordering for a picky child like mine.

The waitress was attentive and both ladies working there today were super friendly. We will definitely be back. I think this is our new favorite place for Mexican food in Ada.

With the cheese dip, two kids' meals, two entrèes, and two drinks (not water), our total came to $40.98 before tip.

Very friendly and family owned. Service is quick. Don't let the converted gas station veneer fool you. Very delicious Mexican food.
