Excellent care for my granddaughter!!

Won’t be back, we waited in the room an hour after our appointment before the doctor ever even came in, once he was there he didn’t talk to us but to ask the questions he needed to ask and then immediately left to go get her shots. He seemed like he didn’t care at all. My two month old got 4 shots and he didn’t care to try and soothe her at all. However the intern was very nice, me and my husband both appreciated that.

The lady at the front desk was beyond rude! She was to busy staring at what I wear to check my daughter in and she never even looked at the schedule or anything to see if my daughter appointment was then. She just told me no and then I called and she told me that she doesn’t go there and she has already told me once and that I better not call back. They have lost all the service for my family witch is a bunch of kids over her attitude and refusing service because I was wearing a dress and heels from leaving my grandpas funeral. I have NEVER felt so disrespected in my life. I waited a few days later and called again because my daughter just left children’s and needed her check up. And once again she yelled at me. I then asked for her his and she hung up. I have never said that someone needs to be fire because what if she was just having a bad day but no she refuse service on my daughter and it involves a new born health she needs to go!

Let me explain a little bit of how the system works. I went to change my son's PCP with SoonerCare which I have done before. SoonerCare can tell you whether a different doctor's office accepts new patients or not. The point of this explanation is that I changed my son's PCP to this office and they WERE accepting new patients. An extremely rude woman named Patty answered the phone and had an attitude from the moment she answered. She told me that I had to make an appointment with them for my son to be seen before they can send out the referral to Children's (which is what I KNEW WAS WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN) and then she said "you can make an appointment here or you can just switch your PCP or whatever". I refrained from speaking my mind even though she decided to RAISE HER VOICE at me saying "What you should have done is call us first to even make sure we are accepting new patients before you even switched his PCP"...to which I responded with my knowledge of the fact that I skipped all their BS runarounds they would have given me had I done that. I've dealt with this before. They would have told me to call SoonerCare and switch his PCP to them before I could make an appointment. SoonerCare TOLD ME THEY WERE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. So, I was still trying to bite my tongue and be nice and I calmly explained this to her in the nicest manner I could. She then wants to continue with her attitude telling me that I still should have called her first. So I asked her if they were accepting new patients and she paused and then said they were. So I finally lost it and said "so what's the problem then? Your office is accepting new patients, which is the information I already knew when I called you. You have had an attitude with me from the minute I called. I'm not sure if it's because I had more knowledge than you or because you just hate your job that much." She then continued on to tell me to make an appointment and I told her I was just going to change my PCP because I don't want my son to go to a doctor's office where the receptionist hates her job and apparently her life. This office really needs to screen its applicants better before hiring and check that woman's stress/depression level.

Front desk woman wasn’t friendly I called to make an appointment for my baby and she sighed and acted like she didn’t want to make it. They have openings so I don’t understand why she even asked if my child was even sick before telling me when a slot was open. She must lose a lot of clientele for the actual doctors who work there. I hung up after her 4th sigh and not answering my question.
