I'm picky about bathroom cleanliness. Both times I was there the women's bathroom was spotless. Once in morning and again at 1230 ish. Had taco made at breakfast and lady was nice...

Great service, the “blonde” as others call her is phenomenal. She knows what she’s doing I do miss my old go to store in Lamar. That place just hasn’t been the same. Thank you to the good people that work at my favorite place to stop for fuel and beer! Keep up the good work

Shoutout to the associate with the black and pink hair. She really helped me out with getting me a drink so I didn't have to unload both of my kids.

3 because they have a lot of did choices of you get them fresh. No paper towels at pumps. Washer fluid and squeegee are disgusting!! Smell like urine. And no sanitizer at pumps.

Ridiculous every time I come, there’s always a line, seems like there’s not enough employees working. Also, there are people who actually need to get to work on time. The lady behind the counter had her child helping her or actually, I should say letting him scan the products of the customers that were in line, she was moving very slow as a sales clerk she should try to get her customers out of the store as fast as possible and ring them up when she sees a long line instead of letting her child scan customers out for fun! Who is the owner of this store? I looked on each door and cannot find a number. I asked the store clerk, if this was a privately owned store or a franchise , someone needs to be Notified.

What's the proper phone number to speak with a Store Manager or Director?!?! The number listed is NO LONGER IN SERVICE?!!? WHAT?!?! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Shari is absolutely the RUDEST Clerk that I have EVER encountered! She's never having a good day and it shows in her attitude, which by the way, sucks all the time! If you're that miserable then consider working somewhere else! She's absolutely hateful and disrespectful!

Cashier Stephen was extremely rude and dismissive, even saying “who cares” when spoken to. He was hostile and clearly didn’t want to be there.

We stopped at this local store at 2:30 pm ann I took my 91 year old mother who has Ahlzimers and to the bathroom. I don't know what happened but a store employee named Gerry or Sherry came out of the bathroom and went straight to another enployee and began to show the other employee what my mother was doing and they both were laughing about it. I think this is very unprofessional and then coming of of two privileged employees. Being the time that they are with all these riots going on and two white privileged women laughing about a 91 year old Alzheimer Dementia women not of privilege. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Not real nice to out-of-towners. I come down to Holiday Beach from CLE Ohio every April and November and visit places and take pictures for Google.. I walk in, nothing but proper and good vibes, and the older grayish blonde haired lady who was here last April was still working (Who had yelled at my mom for accidentally walking up to the counter last time and said something along the lines of "I didn't call you" in a real snarky manner) and I hadn't realized until after she rung us out. She was just as mean and nasty. Too involved with the other lady's checkout line than hers and she walked over and hit her butt with a piece of paper or something in a work buddy manner. Meanwhile my mother was saying what she wanted from behind the counter cause she needed cigarettes, and the lady was staring at the other line or something. She finally realized my mom was talking, got what she wanted, and rung us out. We said thank you very polite and she grunted and got all bent out of shape. Like what the hell.. I wouldve given you a superb rating if you woulda been nice. Obviously the people in this one place are in a bad frame of mind. Everyone else in Texas is so nice; this is one of the only places that has really aggravated me this entire trip.

This place is terrible , the kitchen will let the freezer thaw out for 2 days and then refreeze the food and serve it to customers!!!! I CANT BELIEVE NOONE HAS GOTTEN SICK FROM HERE. do not eat the food. And the employees are all so rude. Why hasn't this place gotten shut down yet?

Each time I stop something is wrong. No receipts, car wash broken, no straws, soda machines broken. Not to mention it’s a brand new store and filthy.

Expensive, Filthy, Poorly Maintained, Apathetic yet Rude employees. Will always do business elsewhere if the opportunity exists.

This rating not only applies to Rockport, but every Checkout Store I have visited.

The health department needs to pay them a visit.

Filthy restroom, parking lot dirty, store smells bad, trashed by gas pumps and the lighted signs in front of the store don't always work. These are the good things about this Rockport store.

Your bathrooms are filthy. Your warm foods are disgusting. And you cashier's are incompetent. What happen to 7-11
