The Bella Donna Wedding Chapel & Event Center, Formerly Vesica Piscis

We got married here in December and overall had a wonderful experience. We chose the all-inclusive package except for catering and the vendors included in our package were great. We had many compliments from our guests about the pianist and cake included. So much was included in the package we chose, and it was nice to not have to worry about linens, utensils, etc. Tyler and her team also handle set up and clean up, which was amazing. There were a few hiccups, as expected in any wedding, but overall our day was beautiful. The venue itself and the land around it are just gorgeous. I would highly recommend Bella Donna to any bride looking for an all-inclusive venue!

I had a wonderful experience photographing a wedding at the Bella Donna recently. The chapel is stunning and provides lovely natural light for ceremonies and a nice view from the grounds as well. Sunsets are superb in front of the chapel and event hall as it is west facing so you get to take advantage of the nice light and the architecture for sunset photos. Both dressing rooms are on the smaller side and I could imagine them not being great for large wedding parties but it was perfect for the wedding I photographed. The event space has lots of white walls that allow for softer pictures with all the lights reflecting off all the white surfaces (sorry for the nerdy photo talk!) I am looking forward to capturing a wedding there again.

Tyler and the rest of the staff at Bella Donna were amazing! From the beginning meeting to the day of my wedding, they were so organized and I did not have to worry about a single thing. They had my back! Tyler is a stellar coordinator and so easy to talk to; I felt like she was my sister. The venue is gorgeous, and the vendors for cake, dinner, music, etc that they suggested to use were great! We had so many people compliment us on how fun the wedding was. I would highly recommend the Bella Donna Chapel and Event Center to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married or have an event.

We were very grateful to have our wedding at the Bella Donna wedding chapel! Tyler and her team are excellent at what they do, and this came to show on our big day with how smoothly things went. Additionally we loved our pianist Donna, baker, DJ thru the all inclusive package. My only qualm would be that one of the main dishes were really salty, though I would just recommend to try your food items prior to picking them, this one wasn’t one we had tried, but should have! Overall, the venue was beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy with how the day went, we would pick Bella Donna again and again for our special day. Let us begin by saying we were married July 1, 2017 at St. Benedicts Catholic Church and we celebrated with a reception at Vesica Pieces Chapel. Knowing we were going to have a Catholic wedding, we were only searching for a venue for the reception. As we traveled from place to place looking for something large enough to accommodate 170+ guests we were finding it difficult to choose the right location for us. That is until we came across the wonderful people and beautiful venue in Catoosa known as Vesica Piscis Chapel.

When we first walked in the venue we thought to ourselves, “This place is beautiful but there is no way we will be able to afford such a luxurious reception.” Boy were we wrong. After our meeting with the team (Judy, Crystal, and Kyla) at Vesica and understanding what all the reception package included (reception hall, servers, table settings, bar tenders, catering, cake, floral centerpieces, DJ, limousine, and some of the best staff I’ve meet) we did the math and quickly realized their package costs were equivalent to sourcing all these services out to varying vendors. The best thing was, we only had to worry about paying one business and they would handle coordinating all the vendors.

We cannot say enough good things about the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel. They helped us handle every little detail of the wedding and always put our minds at ease when we worried about something not getting done properly. From meeting our needs when it came to the layout of the venue, to putting up pictures of loved ones who had passed, they covered it all for us. The staff here was very professional and after the event, we had numerous compliments from our guests about how pleasant everyone was and how helpful they were when it was time to pack up all the decorations and goodies from the evening.

One of our favorite things about choosing Vesica was having them help coordinate all the other vendors. We were very pleased with each vendor (Blue Label Bartending, Serving Hands Wedding and Flowers, Icing On The Top Cake, Banks Entertainment, Absolute Limousine, and the in-house catering). Everyone involved did a wonderful job of making us feel extra special on our wedding day and for that we are thankful. If we would make any changes to our experience with Vesica, it would be to add a photographer to the wedding package. Personally, we choose to use Stapleton’s and they were AMAZING! We would love to see them team with Vesica Piscis Chapel because the combination of those two produced some of the most beautiful wedding pictures we have seen (yes we are probably a little bias LOL).

Once more, enough cannot be said about how wonderful the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel is! We certainly would recommend anyone using them for your wedding needs. We are ecstatic that we choose them and wouldn’t have changed it for anything.

If you are looking for a wedding venue I highly recommend Bella Donna. Our granddaughters wedding was conducted at Bella Donna and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting and professional staff. From the initial planning stages to the final night of the wedding Bella Donna was superb. The facility is first class along with the staff. Every need was met without any complaints. We wouldn't hesitate to use this venue again in the future.

My husband and I had our wedding here in March for ceremony only. We had such an awesome experience working with the staff! We loved how the chapel is family owned and operated. In any mishaps in the wedding process, they saved the day and were so helpful. They allowed us to use their decoration pieces for free and worked with our group on having a later rehearsal time. Our wedding pictures are turning out gorgeous so far! We had so many compliments from our guests on the venue choice. Overall, I am proud to say our wedding was at Bella Donna and wouldn't have it any other way.

The Bella Donna is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen! The chapel is so stunning, and the reception area is perfect for entertaining guests. This is also one of the only venues I have found that offers planning and coordination services- Tyler & her staff were absolutely amazing! They helped make our day perfect and even went out of their way to find a gold hoop for me to use for my sweetheart table. I would definitely recommend this beautiful venue to anyone getting married- they made the entire process stress free!

The women at Vesica did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make sure nothing interrupted my or my husband's enjoyment of our wedding day, the food was delicious, the pianist for the ceremony did a great job, the cake looked great, and the chapel is absolutely beautiful. Having them coordinate the catering, DJ, and cake made wedding planning much easier and they were a lot of fun to work with. My mom also really appreciated that they handled getting all the gifts and decorations into our cars. They just make everything so much easier and more enjoyable. If I had to pick again, I would pick them without hesitation. I just have a couple tips for brides - know that 7 hours is not enough time to get ready there and plan on getting a hotel room at the Holiday Inn or La Quinta by there (they have studio suites that were perfect for having hair and make-up done), make sure you emphasize what you want from the DJ (he got everyone dancing at my wedding, but ignored some of my requests. The other man I met from the agency was great so maybe this dude was just having a bad day), and if you use bartenders and don't want them to have a tip jar out make that abundantly clear (we paid them plenty to be there for our reception and they still had a tip jar out which I did not appreciate). But honestly, if those are my only even slight qualms, Vesica did an absolutely amazing job. They even sorted through their trash because my husband's wedding day gift got lost. I can't emphasize enough what a fantastic job they did and how happy I am I picked them as our venue. If you're waffling between Vesica and somewhere else, I'd pick Vesica over any other venue in Tulsa in a heartbeat.

Vesica Piscis Chapel is gorgeous! Our daughter wanted a dream wedding and the chapel was the perfect place. The rolling hills and décor are breathtaking. It definitely met all our expectations. No detail was left out. The owner is very easy to work with and the hostesses are outstanding. The accommodations were great and we received many compliments from our guests on the beautiful chapel. Thank you for allowing us to have our daughter’s wedding there. We recommend this chapel to everyone.

Beautiful place. Niece had her wedding there. Food was awsome. Staff was on point and first class. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Super clean. Highly recommend adding to some ones options for getting married. We came all the way in from Rochester NY.

Vesica Piscis Chapel was a phenomenal choice for our wedding. The staff at Vesica truly care and are more than willing to help with any questions. They made our wedding day go so smoothly and kept it low stress! Everything was prepared for us and all we had to do was show up! I can't imagine having our Big Day anywhere else. We are truly so thankful for the staff at Vesica Piscis. Also, the chapel is BEAUTIFUL. There is nothing like the view at Vesica Piscis Chapel!

This is definitely your one-stop shop for weddings in the Tulsa area. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, providing you everything you need. The chapel is beautiful and the reception hall is spacious. I have been nothing less than impressed with each encounter I have had here.

I was married at Vesica Piscis in late June 2012 and I am SO happy with my decision! I planned my wedding from out-of-town in Norman but the ladies at the venue made it a breeze! They were easy to get ahold of and showed great professionalism every time we arrived for a meeting. The chapel is beautiful and it was such a relief that I didn't have to worry about the setup for the wedding or the breakdown. I got a lot of compliments on the venue and it really exceeded my wedding dreams! Another note: the caterer is sooo nice, her food is delicious, and she really cares about doing a great job. It was really sweet that she prepared both my husband and me to-go boxes of our wedding food. She made sure the food was in the limo with us after the wedding! I barely got to eat so that was a really sweet detail for me.

It is difficult to overstate how happy we were with our experience at Vesica Piscis. From the first phone call to every detail of our wedding, the staff of VP were professional, warm, and just fun to work with. The location is beautiful, the food was delicious, and we didn't have to worry about anything. We did very little 'extra' and it didn't really matter since the facility is already beautiful. Loved, loved, loved everything about Vesica Piscis. Do yourself a favor and take the stress out of your day so you can just enjoy it!

The best chapel in Oklahoma!! Everything was perfect and the venue is so beautiful. The staff was helpful and tried to make everything go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Hands down the best place to have your wedding ! They made everything go so smoothe since they handle EVERYTHING! My wife and I got married at Bella Donna last week and the staff there did an absolutely incredible job. We loved every minute of our experience and would highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding in September 2012. Everything could not have been better, it was everything that was promised. Staff was great, food was great. Could not have asked for more. Judy and her staff made it so easy on us it was awesome. Uplighting is a must it makes the reception space look even better!
