The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They always know where things we need are. If they don't have it, they will order it or help us find it somewhere else. They will even loan you tools to use in their parking lot. Thank you Auto Zone.

I was making right turns all day to avoid being pulled over. I know, I know, “use your hand signals.” The driver side window also doesn’t go down, so there.
Autozone let me borrow a screwdriver so I could remove the covering of the tail light, even though I did not buy the bulb there, they were happy to lend a tool and also offered to help.
I already appreciate when friendly faces are in places such as these, because being a woman, it is easy to feel like they are undermining you. Not here, not today.

I forgot his first name, but Mr Rucker @ Ada Auto Zone helped me with my headlight, he was so positively outgoing he definitely knows the golden standard customer service!!!!!

Paul helped me replace my battery and was extremely helpful, friendly & professional. He provided great customer service and got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

Elmer was amazing. Friendly, quick, and professional. Took my battery in to be tested and he was so polite. Charged it for me and cleaned the coils after it tested as a good battery. Thank you kindly Elmer!

Duane S. was so patient and knowledgeable. He was able to take the symptoms I told him and consider the possible solutions. He had perseverance and actually solved my problem that I thought may cost hundreds of dollars with the tightening of 1 bolt. I am so grateful. His help saved me money and time. It allowed me to be on the road for the 8 hour road trip home I was making. My car was just fine the whole way! Thank you Duane. I won't forget your help.

Duane working the counter is who you want selling you parts. He is experienced and friendly. I have bought many parts here over the years and the staff is pretty good. It just makes you feel better buying parts from a dude that knows about cars.

It was great, the personnel at AutoZone are ALWAYS helpful! They go above and beyond to find you the parts needed. Check codes, batteries, etc. Good diagnostics, great personalities and extremely helpful. Definitely will drive 60 miles from my podunk town to Ada, Oklahoma to visit there again!

yesterday was a day doing things with my vehicle by myself
then i went to auto zone for a special part my truck takes. kadren and jason helped me.. Kadren was funny..
Jason was extremly nice and i see why he is a manager.

Great customer service! I was initially just looking for the bulb to replace my brake light and made a comment about issues with gas pump nozzles shutting off, and not being able to fill my tank. The worker, a younger guy (did not get his name), asked a few questions then recommended a cleaner. I used it immediately and was able to fill my tank without anymore issues so far ! Thanks for taking the time to help!
