I've employed the services of Riley & Sons Plumbers Co. in the past, but this experience with their technician, Brayden, was by far superior. The quality of the work was stunning! Brayden explained the plumbing issue to me and detailed his plan to rectify it. He gave us valuable tips to prevent this problem from recurring frequently. Brayden spent time with my husband, demonstrating his approach to the issue. As new homeowners in Ada, we've realized that products we used in our apartment aren't as effective in our new dwelling. Blake, Mark, Larry, Francisco all did a great job. They were prompt courteous, and did a clean work in a fast manner. They were done with a full install and duct replacement in under 10 hours. My unit is running well, I spent a bit more than I planned but the service I received was well worth it. Even though I spent more than I wanted their bid for this job was better or equal to the other 4 companies I had out. Chase was my service tech that set up the job and he was great to work with as well. Overall very satisfied with the techs we had, work that was done and overall satisfaction. Great job!
