Great experience and great Dr. (Fuller). Was very patient and took the time to explain things. Never felt rushed or like he was in a hurry to the next patient. Really appreciate that in dr.’s. Knowledgeable and always felt at ease after talking with him.

This place is very sketchy. 1st all the windows are covered so you can't see in or out of them. 2nd when I went to the counter the lady took my papers (that were sent by mail) I asked her a question about the form but she didn't know anything about it. 3rd after paying $250 (You have to pay this upfront) she hands me a hand written receipt. 4th when I was called back a heavy man handed me a urine cup and pointed to the bathroom, then pointed to a paper towel on the counter around the corner and told me to "put it there when I was done" then pointed to the room I was going to be in. He didn't explain anything to me and walked off. In the bathroom there was a couple signs on the door, one was how to do a clean catch. The second was a sign saying "don't poop in this toilet, use the one in the hall." The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was up, and there was a straw and some dirty stuff above the sink. Once I was in the room there was a big computer monitor on the wall that shows EVERYBODY'S name, age, and their symptoms about their issues they are in there for. The doctor comes in (Fuller) after talking we then agreed on a urine test to be sent off and he said I would get a call with those results within a week. He tells me I'm good to leave and walks me out to the lobby. I waited by the counter so I could sign SOMETHING/ANYTHING and nobody ever comes. So I go to leave and the doctor runs out to catch me saying I need to sign a release form for the test to be sent off. I go back in to sign TWO papers that I was trying to read but the heavy guy acted impatient, so I went ahead and signed them. Again I left without a single piece of paper. Weeks go by and I didn't get my call for my test results so I called them, and the lady said she didn't see any of my tests. I was put on hold, when she got back on she said everything came back normal. She says the doctor wasn't there that she would call me with "his next step" the next day. Absolutely nothing was done to help me at all. They left a message the next day pretty much saying they don't know what's wrong. I do however feel the need to mention the other patients had papers in their hand as they walked out. One man was charged for a visit then the receptionist told the wife he has to come back again because their machine was broken, so of course they will be charged again. This place is iffy, I won't be back. I'm having them send my test results to my doctor so I can see for myself that they were actually sent off. This was just my experience, so I can't say it's not a good place. But I'llI definitely not be back.
