Excellent place to workout under the crossfit methodology. The coaches are excellent and take great care that you know the proper technique for all exercises well to help avoid injuries. I have been a member since June 2020 and I have not seen the first injury. Before starting I had the impression that I was going to injure myself doing those exercises, but it is not like that if you have the correct coaches. On the contrary I have seen many happy people, motivated and full of energy. In addition to their knowledge, each of the coaches offers their friendship and interest in you making the most of your time in the gym or as they call it “The Box”. I 100% recommend crossfit as mental therapy and exercise for the body, it is the best! And you also meet many new friends. The crossfit community is unique!

CrossFit Signal Mountain has been an exceptional house for personal growth. Through comprehensive training from amazing coaches and a family like atmosphere I have not only found MY gym but also a group of friends that I will always appreciate. Coming to this gym was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Highly recommend no matter where you are on your fitness journey!!

The Signal Mountain CrossFit team is an inviting atmosphere for "all ages and abilities." Eddie, Karrie and the entire team work with everyone on an individual basis and keep it fun and moving. The workouts are challenging, but are tailored to meet everyone's abilities and get you looking "Better Than Yesterday." Excellent and safe place to get in shape - even for someone in his sixties.

Life changing! Great place to learn about CrossFit. There are many beginners and many pros there- all levels of fitness. The owners and coaches rock!
