Bistecca steak and potatos was amazing (perfect flavor and medium rare and tender). The kale salad was good and the goat cheese cheesecake is pretty good too. Will return for sure.

This was the best pasta I've ever had in a restaurant. From Las Vegas to Portland and New York to Miami, this was world shatteringly amazing.

The best restaurant in Signal Mountain? I've been coming here for years and never had a bad meal. Delightful staff, fresh (and local) ingredients, and they really know how to cook Italian food!

I came here less than a week after spending two weeks in Italy and *still* had a wonderful meal.

The addition of a plant-based menu is simply fantastic. Really helpful for finding something to eat for the whole family.

This place is fantastic if you want a very familial dining experience. The location is very asthetic and the overall vibe is very welcoming. Our waiter was friendly and happy to help with questions or advice. The food was fantastic, our whole party gave it 5 star ratings! Price is reasonable too which ties everything together nicely. Overall will most definitely be returning!

We had a family event at Hummingbird this past Saturday with over thirty guests. Everything was perfect. Food was great, the staff there will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Just a great experience overall. I highly recommend whether dinner for one or two or a large group.

I picked up a family meal last night: chicken and gnocchi dumplings. Y'all, that was the most nutritious, delicious, satisfying meal I've enjoyed since the pandemic began, and the best take out I've ever had. Thank you for the high quality food. I feel rejuvinated!

First of all, I dislike Italian food. Just not my thing, but this establishment has dishes that overcome my dislike. I can't pronounce anything, but the bread and toppings, pizza, and the complicated salad just does it for me. They make their own mozzarella cheese every day. Nicest family and sweetest staff to everyone.

Fresh, local food. Haven't had anything bad there at all. The pansotti (butternut squash ravioli) and the gnocchi are delicious! The bruschetta is also fantastic.

We also love the chocolate mousse and the lavender creme brulee.

Price point is higher than casual restaurants, but not nearly as high as a "fine dining" place, even though the food is just as good as anything I've ever had.

My wife and I have been eating here for over 20 years and every meal was delicious. We miss Nino Piccolo R.I.P. We were fortunate to have toured Italy with him a few years back. The current restaurant continues to serve exceptional dishes and being there is like being in many restaurants we've visited in Italy and Sicily. Great atmosphere and relaxing surroundings.

This is fantastic Italian food - some of the best pasta I've had in a long time. I sat outside with a friend and didn't feel crowded. I definitely need to come back to try more dishes. I definitely recommend trying this out.

Food was great and service was attentive. I had salmon and a beet salad. Right now, you order at the counter and then find a place to sit. The rest of my party had pasta and a pizza. All were pleased.

Delicious, made-on-premises pasta. Fantastic flavors, but be warned not to come too late in the evening--after we were served, I heard they ran out of several of their signature dishes. For those that care, they now serve Chimay (dubbel)--one of the world's greatest beers. Great service too.

I honestly would rather eat here than at most of the restaurants in Chattanooga proper. I highly suggest their lasagna, the carbonara, the prosciutto pizza, and the charcuterie appetizers. Everything is house made and amazing! Great little gem of a place.

The goat cheese cake is absolutely fantastic. Of course all the desserts, along with the rest of the menu, is fantastic but the cheesecake is amongst my top recommended. Some may view it as very edgy seeing as it is goat cheese but I can assure you, it works!

Great combo - it's a local neighborhood place where you feel comfortable and will probably run into somebody you know combined with a casual fine dining concept - quality ingredients and homemade pasta.
If you live in Signal you've probably been already; if you don't love here, it's worth the drive up there mountain.

Excellent food, sizable portions, nice ambience, and good value! The chef stopping by our table after our meal was also a nice touch -- shows he cares about the quality and appearance of his food. Definitely worth a return visit!
