First of all kudos to the chefs who made our memorable dinner. We arrived at opening and seated at the window with great view. Mary J was prompt to take our drink order. We asked to clarify some items on menu. With that we ordered Oyster Gilroy to start, yum.
Black Drum was catch of day and we both ordered broiled with a tarragon butter, Orzo and vegetable medley. I chose corn chowder and husband a salad. Everything we ate was superb. The art that is all around you is great. A wonderful, romantic last night in Rockport TX. See you next year.

With the sculpture out front and it being an art gallery we didn't expect to see paintings around the walls in the restaurant. Maybe we missed the gallery section. The food however was fantastic and this is a pokestop for any pokemon go players!

With all the options the world offers these days, it seems rare to come across a place that you truly have nothing bad to say about. Better yet, one where everything was well above expectation.
Trying new things and trusting an established chef to create a mouth-watering meal out of not so sought after ingredients, is worth every penny at this place. Try the escargot. Try the chef’s off menu special. Try the crème brûlée. And try a blackberry drink, or two. When in doubt, ask the wait-staff for recommendations.
If I could give Latitude more stars, I would.

Dinner was fantastic. Sat at the bar and Jason was very attentive and had some great drink recommendations. Really enjoyed the dinner salad, and the crab stuffed shrimp was amazing. Will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things to describe our experience at Latitude! The atmosphere was great, the art was beautiful, the staff was amazingly friendly, and the food was out of this world! My husband had stuffed shrimp, stuffed with lump crab meat and spinach florentine. It was the best either of us have ever had! I had the steak tips with mashed potatoes & vegetables. Again, it was delicious. Seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend Latitude! You won't regret going!

Latitudes has consistent great service, great food, and tasty cocktails. We love having them here in Rockport!

First time to visit. Savannah, our waitress, was so charming. The restaurant displays the work of local artists, giving the restaurant a lovely coastal flair.

We started with the Jumbo Lump Blue Crab. It was cooked perfectly, and the lemon juice and capers gave it a nice pop. We also had the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were nicely done.

I selected both soup and salad. The poblano corn chower was not to my taste, but that is not a detraction from the chef. The house salad was really good, and I loved the balsamic dressing.

For my main course, I ordered the daily catch Gilroy. The fish was black drum and it was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were a medley, and were crisp. The orzo was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was a great compliment to my fish.

I want to return and order the shrimp linguini, as it looked delicious when brought to a neighboring table.

The food and ambiance was great! The martinis are delicious. Josh really knows how to mix them, I love this place!!

They exceeded my expectations for taste. The Shrimp Gilroy is divine! I had tomato basil soup on the side and wanted to lick the bowl it was so good. I had chocolate mousse for dessert and it was great too. What a great way to end 2021!

Superb food and exceptional service! We chose latitude 2802 to celebrate my brother-in-law and sister-in-law‘s 50th wedding anniversary because we wanted to treat them to a special evening. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant let alone tiny little Rockport. The crab meat appetizer was exquisite and so were the shrimp rolls, which had a really interesting sauce with them. Several of our party had the beef tenderloin tips, which were really really good, and I had the pan fried flounder which was out of this world. We brought in our own centerpiece and cake, and the staff was very accommodating in serving the cake and helping us package up the leftovers. Highly recommend this place for a fabulous meal. We can’t wait to go back.

Nicest place nearby. Best fish that I had in the area. Very fancy and everything we tried was delicious. Happy hour is a good deal. Can’t wait to come back.

Consistently good service. We had the Fish Gilroy, Shrimp Gilroy, Catch of the Day (drum). Balsamic dressing is great on salads! We always eat in the bar area because the chairs in the main dining room are so uncomfortable. Management, please consider updating the dining chairs for people be comfortable when having a fine dining meal. The more comfortable your patrons are, the longer they will stay, the more they will spend.

First time here and the reviews did not disappoint. Walked in to restaurant without a reservation and 40 min before close time, and starving after a 12 hr fishing trip. Staff were nice and accommodating. For appetizers we had stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes. Mushrooms were so fresh and with a light yet flavorful sauce. Crab cakes were a great surprise. All crab meat, great flavor and a perfect crust on the outside. We chose the fried shrimp and angel hair pasta with vegetables and added grilled shrimp. Fried shrimp were good, and the orzo side was tasty. The pasta was a big winner. Flavor was outstanding, very light sauce, and yet again so flavorful. House salad with vinaigrette dressing; vegetables were fresh, cool and crisp. It was too late for desert, so we took it to go. Key lime tart had a great presentation and perfect portion size.

Beautiful atmosphere for my husband's birthday. He loves the escargot so we went specifically so he could have it. He also had the fresh catch of the day oscar style and said it was great. I had the poke and spinach salad. Both were very good.

Beautiful restaurant and great food and service. The waitress however, kept calling us “baby”. For example, you’d say,”I’ll have another wine” and she’d say, “ ok, baby” or” what dressing would you like, baby”. We were a group of women 35-65 years old. So that was rather weird.

Terrific upscale service and food. By far the nicest in Rockport but comparable to any upscale restaurant in any city. Chef food is well designed and creative and beautifully served. Creative drinks. Beautiful elegant environment. Food no more expensive than most full bar restaurants in Corpus, Porta A, or Rockport.

Great atmosphere and service. Food was excellent. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Rockport.
