Every time I’ve been the same lady has helped me and every time she’s super sweet. I just went through and she gave me an extra donut for free! I’ve been having a rough day but that really cheered me up. Small acts of kindness add up<3

Usually pretty good but got donuts the last time at lunchtime and they tasted old.

Maybe I'm spoiled by my local donut shop. The donuts seemed dense and a bit dry.
No cash payment. No cashier at all actually.
The "lobby" is one single small room with two kiosks, a cart for napkins/straws/sugar, and a door to the bathroom. That's it. You pick up your order from a window with shelves on it where orders are placed from the kitchen area. If you don't watch your order get placed on the pick up racks, you won't even know it's ready because no one ever calls a name. Receipts are taped to the bag.
Heard the girls in the back laughing and chatting, but no one said a word to me at all.

Both times we went they didn't have the chocolate creme its white frosted ones. Those are favorites please get them ASAP. The workers didn't seem to bad just long lines both times.

I'd say it's mostly average, but you will often get a complete dud of a visit. Whether it's a bone cold "hot" coffee or a 30 minute wait -- it's just a roll of the dice.

coffee and food was good but i do have to say the 2 times i’ve went they’ve had poor customer service. no eye contact, shoved my drink at me and said good day. i was still missing part of my order and the girl rolled her eyes turned around grabbed the rest of my order and shoved it at me.

Where are the donuts? I just want a cream filled donut at the donut shop.

No doughnuts no cold brew not sure why they are open

The donuts we got was hard as a brick. You couldn’t hardly eat them the next day you couldn’t bought a half a dozen nov 30 2023 about 8 pm a half a dozen cost $10 going to end up throwing them away the person at the drive though didn’t have any of the donuts we ask for so we settled needless to say, we probably will not be back

I love Dunkin Donuts at Hwy 153 but the new store they opened up in Daisy is no good. First they do not have a place to sit and enjoy your coffee and donuts. I tried 3 times using f the drive thru and service was terrible. I ordered Chai Tea 3 times. First time it was not hot at all. 2nd time I asked them to heat it up in the microwave and they informed me they did not have one. The last time I asked them to make it with milk instead of water. Horrible. Poured it out who wants to drink a hot beverage that’s not got. The donuts were not any better. They were old soggy and the last ones I got were all together so the icing ran together. Yuk. I will not be going back to them. I was hoping for a place like the other places. They would be serving fresh food tasting donuts and coffees. I would not recommend this place
to anyone!

We visited the Soddy Daisy Dunkin on Saturday 11/18/23, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building so my husband goes in. He approaches the counter and tries to order only to be told that he has to order thru the mobile app or in the kiosk in the lobby. He goes to the kiosk and begins to order, another customer comes in and goes up front to order and she tells him the same, he lets out a curse word and she immediately says oh I can take your order here. Now why was that? Also why don’t they just take peoples order? Why are they even there? The donuts we received tasted old and the caramel craze we ordered tasted like burnt coffee was used. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I got it twice. First time to much ice. The second time was today. If you want to pay cash inside forget it. Its card only. Its also online pay only. They have not room inside eat her they were out of stranerry flavor and it was bad. The workwrs were ok one was amazing.

They never have assorted munchkins this not the first time they always say we have two kinds you can6 go in and enjoy and the service is poor

You have an hour left in your shift and you do not answer the drive-thru speaker, so i pull thru. It’s a drive in only location. I stare a worker in the face as i drive away. You literally just don’t want to do your job for a free hour.

ordered a bacon egg and cheese english muffin. got the bacon and egg. customer service isn’t the best.

40 minutes each time. Forgot an item and had to go back and waited another 30 minutes just to get my stuff. And then my food was cold.

Ordered at the kiosk and waited for several minutes just to be told that they didn’t have a single thing I ordered total waste of time and money
