OH MY! We were seated fairly quickly despite it being Saturday night at dinner time. We were greeted by our server and she was pleasant and attentive. The food is amazing. We had different dishes and everything was sooo good. Hats off to the chef!

Parmesan crusted spinach dip came out cold but they quickly brought another one it is fantastic, try it it's better than anything I've had in a while! The manager came out and made everything right with no fuss totally unexpected. Great food 🥝 and service

Our waiter Rob was excellent. He's been at the store 2 weeks and is observant and prompt. 5 stars for him. Hope his manager pays attention

Y’all were able to make my parent’s 50th anniversary of their first date special, and I truly appreciate that! The servers were sweet and attentive, the food was good, and they surprised them at the end, a first class dinner for sure 🥹

I usually order the ribeye Parmesan crusted steak and it has never failed me! My steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it and the staff were prompt and attentive. Today must’ve been slow because they are usually packed around 12 with at least a 30 minute wait. This location is always clean and the music gives the western vibe of longhorn.

This is the only restaurant we've ever found to be consistently satisfactory to wow. The food is great and the staff is great and it's a nice atmosphere. I think in the years we've been eating here, we've had ONE bad experience. Since then we've continued to enjoy it almost every time. P.s. the salad was amazing!

Alright I gotta give a huge shout out to Great Service and even better food! We sat at the bar and the bartender ( all by herself) with a full bar of patron was a delight she took our food order, drink order dealt with all 10 people or so at the bar and everything was GREAT! GO EAT HERE!

Daniel was very kind and attentive, seemed genuinely happy to be doing his job, unlike the people working the front door. He had a smile on his face, didn't rush away, was warm and welcoming.

Celebrated two birthdays this afternoon with fine meals at our favorite Steakhouse. Flo's Fillets cooked medium and these were as close to perfect as one can get! The service was top shelf!

In Hixson, the service was above and beyond. The food was delicious. One food issue and it was promptly taken care of by the manager and server. Great dining experience!

Nice atmosphere. Fantastic service. The fried pickles were perfection. The picture does not quite capture the expertise of the chef. They came to the table glistening a beautiful golden color indicating fresh oil and impeccable timing. They were so delicious I struggled for restraint so I would have room for my steak which was heavenly.

Take out was excellent. Food was ready when expected. Salmon was very hot and fresh. Service to the car was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place for a steak! Great service, ribeye is full of flavor. My server (Carly) was attentive and awesome.

We got in quickly. Our waiter was awesome. He kept the fresh bread rolling and he asked if we had any birthdays (just so happened to be mine) and he showed up at the end of the meal with desserts for everyone and 2 loaves of fresh bread to take home. Service with a smile keeps us coming back every single time!

Longhorn is a tremendous restaurant in Cleveland. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are hungry.
