Very welcoming restaurant! Clean With friendly staff that is very attentive. Mandy at the bar is a sweetheart! Good food served fast, hot and to order. The Santa Fe salad is delicious and a very large serving. Manager Scott makes sure everything is the way you ordered it and makes you want to come back.

My husband and I ordered dinner to go but then decided to eat in. When we got to the restaurant the employees quickly found us a table and even brought us freshly made chips and salsa. We had an issue with a gift card we were using but Janae in the takeout area fixed the problem and made sure we had a great dinner! She had a great attitude and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Had lunch at Chili’s today. The food was absolutely wonderful. They have an excellent cook. everything I ate was delicious. I normally eat at the one in Cleveland Tennessee, but the one in Hixson to me. The service was exceptional. The waitress was so thorough with her job I was really impressed. Thank you Chili’s.

Great service. Their burger ranks in the top 3 I've ever had. One of the best potato soups I've ever had. Chips and salsa are always great. Didn't care for the white cheese sauce.

Sat in the bar area for lunch today and tried their 3 course meal that included a drink, appetizer and a meal. We chose chips and a trio of dips (white queso, chili queso and guacamole) and hubs had a bowl of chili (pictured). Both were delicious. For the entrée, we tried their bacon burger with fries and their chicken fingers (which came with two sides). Service was great, food was delicious and we will definitely return!

My server Destiny was incredible!! She was so attentive, kind, quick to know my needs, and had a rockstar attitude! We love Destiny and we love chilis!

I was hangry and the lady was super sweet I wish I had gotten her number and name she did mention her name at first but I was so hangry I didn't pay her no attention physically like I was mentally.... don't worry I'm not going down that road.... but yeah beautiful blond hair lady that works with the lady with the green hair I love you will you marry me? 🤣

We had a delicious lunch here today. Very friendly staff. Service was great. Food was very good and the prices are not to expensive. We had a nice lunch. Thank you for your service.

Went for the boss burger thinking it was just another gimmick to bring folks in. Good burger...not a 14.99 burger. Little more hype than burger. But great service, always enjoy eating here. Happily paid my bill. Will be back. Not really known for steaks but they have a great ribeye, normally my go to.

Olivia is our new reason for living. 10/10 😂 But for real, the food is great and all but olivia is probably the reason we’ll return. She was awesome, patient with my feral two year old, and super friendly.

Burgers are usually good but the bacon burger with fries was amazing! Great everything. Highly recommend.

I live in Nashville but this is one of my grandmas favorite places to take me. They seemed a little understaffed but did a REALLY good job regardless. Not too long of waits, food was good, server was sweet. Host was welcoming. And the manager was very accommodating for me and my grandpa's birthday. I like going here. Never really had a problem with the food either.

This location is one of my favorite go-to spots for dinner with friends and family. I have been going here frequently since 2015. During the pandemic soft opening, they were amazing even when they were short staffed. They continue to provide great food and good service even when they are busy and do not have a full staff.

I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food and drinks no matter the occasion.

I have eaten at Chili's for a while. The service is always customer friendly 😊. You are always greeted at the door 🚪. Reservations are not required. You will be waited on shortly. Otherwise you can go , and 🪑 at the bar. Here grab a drink 🍻 or traditional 🥤. If you are hungry order their most popular eggs 🥚 rolls. You will be called shortly for seating. I always order the Sampler . It's a combination of different food 🥑🥝 items. This way it will give you a variety of choices. If you are interested sign up for the rewards on your phone 🤳 . You may be entitled to a free appetizer or dessert 🎂. I have had the rewards I took full advantage 😜. I have had the eggs rolls different appetizers, and desserts.
