Vasili was our waiter and provided us with the best experience we’ve had at an Outback! We had two young children with us and he made sure to engage with them. He removed extra items from the table perfectly timed and made sure our order was perfect. The food was cooked amazingly and was so fresh! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you Vasili for making our dinner perfect!

We came around 1pm for lunch and there was less than 10 other people in the restaurant. The servers and the host were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. They were Super friendly and sweet. Food was delicious, my favorite is the cheese fries. The portions are pretty good sizes and fit the price. Definitely recommend!

We had a good experience here and waitress was nice. Not crowded at all when we went. Pleasant atmosphere. Food was awesome 👌🏾

It's been three years since I have been back to eat at the Outback. Much improved. Service was efficient and prompt. The Aussie steak deal was great for under $20. Better than what I expected. Worth a return especially with their specials.

We stopped going to Outback for years because the quality and preparation was such a disappointment. But we were given a gift card so we ate there yesterday and it was wonderful! Even though it was between lunch and dinner, our potato was fresh and fluffy. My sirloin was juicy, no gristle and cooked perfectly and the coconut shrimp was moist and not too done. Our waiter was very attentive and the sweet tea was perfect! We will definitely be going back. Thanks Outback Hixson for upping your game! You are on our list of go to places again.

In general, I'm not a fan of this chain, but a friend's visit saw me here. I was very surprised at the level of services and quality of food. Everyone was very gracious and fun. I stuffed myself silly. It was a very good experience.

I went to eat lunch here today and I just wanted to shout out Alexis S !! She is hands down the best server I’ve had. Great food, the management team here is awesome and I felt welcomed the minute I walked through the door. Will definitely be coming back , and will definitely be asking for Alexis S again !!

I’m a regular at this restaurant and I alway specifically request Alexis S as my server! She is so sweet and always makes it a great experience! Even when she is super busy she always finds time for each of her tables! I will definitely keep going back!

We had a great experience. Came in for dinner with my family and had the best service. We had nice drinks at the bar while waiting for everyone to arrive. Great friendly staff and bartender was amazing and helped us choose some drinks. The meal was stellar steaks cooked to perfection and my water was never empty which is seriously so appreciated. We will definitely be back.

We placed a big, special request, lots of asks and extras, to go order earlier tonight. Let me just tell you about a badass employee named Serenity. SHE KNOCKED THE ORDER OUT OF THE PARK! All the extras we asked for were not only included, but she included extra Alfredo, without being asked. She said it can get dry when reheated and she included that all on her own. Everything was also so carefully packaged that after my 45 min drive home IT WAS ALL STILL WARM! I can't leave this review without giving props to the kitchen staff also. The parking lot was jam packed when I arrived early to pickup my order. It took less time than they told me to get my order. Thanks again to Awesome Serenity and the staff at Northgate Outback!

Gage was an exceptional waiter as well as bar tender. He worked both waiting table and bar tending like a pro and all with a smile. You don’t find many like him anywhere anymore ! Kudos GAGE! Great job!

While visiting family for the holidays we ate here one evening. I've been to many Outbacks, always a good experience but this night we had Alexis as our server, and we just clicked. Excellent service, beautiful smile, she took great care of us. Ask for her on your next visit!!

The lavender lemonade was good, staff was friendly, steak was good, blooming onion was good, service was good.

I love how their getting into the winter spirit. Building a snowman before they open to welcome customers.

Our food was fantastic today. Everything was clean and tasted very fresh. Our waitress, Chris was amazing. Always made we had refills and checked on us often but not too much. We drive 2 hours just to eat at this outback because it’s amazing!!

Have eaten at this location several times and have never had any issues. Always great food, friendly faces and cozy atmosphere. Skyelyne was our server on this most recent visit, and she went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our time there. Will be back again soon!

Walked in and spoke with the sweetest hostess I’ve ever met. Got seated and Chris waited on us. She was amazing! We never had to ask for a thing. She was on top of it, never even let us get low on drinks.

We ordered a couple different appetizers, due to everyone wanting something different.

Cheese fries, bloomin onion and ahi tuna. All were cooked to perfection.

Porterhouse was good, Ribeye had such great flavor and both were cooked just like ordered. Sirloins and Salads were also ordered by others.

A man seated next to us got loud and was cussing his family and the employees. It was handled very well for what they had to deal with and they still acted very professional while having to serve the man.

Will definitely be back to eat here with our family. Hopefully we will get Chris as our server again.

We recently ordered cheese fries at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say they were quite good. The combination of crispy fries and melted cheese made for a satisfying appetizer. While it's a simple dish, it was executed well and added a nice start to our meal.

Had a great night out with the family. The food was absolutely amazing, whoever cooks steak and salmon Monday night needs an award for deliciousness! Definitely recommend that everyone who reads this should go grab a meal here
