Dr. Greer is compassionate and thoughtful with your care. She spends the time to listen to your concerns and follows up after appointments to ensure you have everything you need. Nursing staff is friendly and thorough as well.

Sheena Cox (PA)- is kind, more than competent, and takes the time to listen to her patients. I am confident in her abilities, feel I receive excellent care from her, and feel able to go to her with any concerns.

Love this practice. They take their time and listen to find the best option and plan of care for their patients. I wouldn't trust my mother's health with anyone else.

I have been a patient at your Signal Mountain Primary Care Office for many years. Today, I completed my second annual checkup with Sarah Worley, MD. I have seen her one other time for a specific health concern. She is always very thorough, attentive to any questions and is efficient in the use of her valuable time. I drive about 40 minutes each way and feel the trip is well worth the drive. Dr. Worley's staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I saw practitioner Sheena Cox as a new patient and I was more than pleased with the quality of care. Everything from making the appointment to check in went smoothly. The staff and nurses were also very kind and welcoming.

Chris Reynolds NP sees my husband and I , and has given us the best of care. Would 10/10 recommend him!

The practice has recently hired Dr. Gregory Nieckula, a DO from CHI Memorial on the mountain. Hopefully he will get their problems of slow turnaround of test results and long wait times aleaviated.

Both my partner and I are new patients at this practice. We both had the same appointment scheduled with Dr Greer; Annual Exams and we were billed differently and the exams performed were different. The billing codes were submitted differently to each insurance company, which left us with $430 in charges. Annual Exams are normally covered 1x a year with insurance. My partners exam was coded appropriately. Mine was not and left us with a large bill. We contacted the office 4x to speak about billing to which we were to receive a call back, which never happened.

We both received follow up phone calls that Dr Greer suggests we be on a plant-based diet after our cholesterol came back elevated for the first time in our lives. The first time. This practice promotes a vegetarian diet for all instead of looking at the person holistically and what changes are going on.

I work in healthcare and there are many great doctors and practices. We took a chance on a new one and bottom line, our experience fell way short.

GREER SHOULD JOIN A HIPPY RETREAT. SHES ONE OF THEESE WOKES THAT ARE SO MIND WARPPED. ITS UNBELIEVABLE THIS DAY & TIME THAT U GO TO SOMEONE THAT THINKS THEY ARE HELPPING BUT ITS DESTROYED MY LIFE. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS WANNABE DOCTOR. SHES A MAJOR QUAKE THAT HAS A HAIRLIPPED BRAIN. ITS BAD WHEN UR MORE EDUCATED ON THE MEDS U HAVE BEEN ON FOR 15YRS. SO FIND A DOCTOR THATS 50YRS OLD OR OLDER, CAUSE THEY ARENT TERRIFIED TO DO THEIR JOB. A KERNEL OF CORN IS A BETTER DOCTOR THAN HER. UR LIFE & WELL BEING IS AT AN EXTREME EXTREME RISK IF U SEE GREER.

Been a patient for five years, my dad and I both go there. I called my doctor’s nurse about medical questions I had. She was super rude and hung up on me. I had to go to the ER because they wouldn’t help. I called back asking if I could speak to the other doctor and his nurse. Left a voicemail, never heard back. Needless to say, will no longer be a patient. Do not recommend going there at all.

I've recently been having some heart issues and have been feeling off balanced, like my equilibrium is off. I went to see Dr. Worley and she requested I wear a holter monitor for 48 hrs and diagnosed me with sinus pressure for my equilibrium. I had no symptoms of allergies or sinus pressure so I was a little confused on that diagnosis. I haven't heard from Erlanger hospital in over 2 weeks with my results of my holter monitor and have only been contacted twice by the physicians office regarding my situation. The only reason they have contacted me was because I called them first saying i'm still having these symptoms and curious on why I haven't gotten my results back yet. I haven't heard from them in a week and I've called twice in the past week. The last I heard from them was that Dr. Worley didn't want to see me until my results came in. So here I am, miserable still having my symptoms and having dizzy spells and feeling faint and my doctor won't see me or give me a call to check in on me. I'm now in search for a new doctor from CHI Memorial that will hopefully help me with my symptoms.

If I could rate these Dr’s and staff a zero I would too!!

They in no way cared for my medical services one little bit. I felt shamed and persecuted into not sharing critical facts about my medical needs.

Months later it still feels like a very long way from positive primary care!!

Stay away and maybe they will go away!!

I have been a patient here for a while but since Dr Regan left i am looking for a new PCP. The new doctor had spent maybe a total of 5 minutes with me in 2 doctor visits and she insulted me on the last visit. This was after being left in the exam room for over an hour and a half.

Ms. Greer does not listen and does not seem interested in helping.

They don’t return phone calls. Going elsewhere.
