Mama Kim's

My daughter and I love coming to Mama Kim’s. Every Friday, they serve smoked brisket pho which sells very quickly because everyone loves it.

My daughter is a vegetarian and eats the Pho Khong with cabbage instead of noodles (pictured). She also loves the hot jasmine tea.

I typically have the pho but recently have been trying the #32 which is beef cubes over rice…(forgive me but I don’t know the name of it yet…I just know it’s wonderful). We also get a side salad.

We love the atmosphere here as well, but more than anything, we love Kim! She’s so sweet and such a diligent person who always has a smile on her face. She really cares about her patrons.

My daughter has known her since before she opened this restaurant and became so close from visiting her at the restaurants she has worked and now owns that she sees Kim as family.

Kim, we love you and are so proud of your hard work. We look forward to all of your accomplishments and getting to see all the smiles you put on the faces of the people you serve.

Mama Kim's is the perfect place to host your private event. The owners are friendly and easy to work with, and their food is appetizing and delicious. We held our son and daughter in law's baby shower at Mama Kim's and couldn't have been more pleased. Keep them in mind if you need to host a dinner for a special occasion. Thank you, Mama Kim's! ❤

First time. We ordered pork spring rolls, #23, #33 & hot jasmine tea. Everything was delicious. Wait staff was friendly & attentive, the space in general is cute. We live in Beaumont so we won't be able to come on the regular but still happy we came. Reminds me of Sweet Basil.

My pho journey started about 8 years ago here in my hometown where I met Kim. I have traveled all over the state and ate pho in numerous cities from Lumberton, Tyler, Dallas, Austin, and Houston.

When I came home, I learned that Kim opened her own restaurant and I knew immediately I needed to go try it.

Having eaten pho at no less than 20 restaurants over the years, Mama Kim’s by far exceeds them all, including the restaurant where I originally met her.

As well, the atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. You could go here for a date or casually on a lunch break from work. Kim is one of the sweetest people I know and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her staff are friendly and make you feel at home.

I am including a picture of my pho tai (well done) with which I asked for shredded cabbage instead of the noodles, added a little sriracha (I enjoy a little bit of spice), sprouts, shredded basil, jalapeños, and squeezed lime juice into it as well.

Highly recommend coming here or you will be missing out! As the sign in her restaurant states, “All you need is love & pho.”

We ate here and the food is very good, especially for the prices! We enjoyed it so much we've since ordered takeout twice. It's been consistently good every time! My only gripe is the seating was cramped where we were. I had people checking out behind my chair and staff running plates back and forth beside us all night. I don't like crowds at all, so it was a bit overwhelming. My husband pointed out it was just our table, so.... overall, obviously, we will be repeat customers, which is a big compliment from me!

Mama Kim’s is very clean, comfortable, and the food tastes great! The spring rolls feel fresh and pleasant to eat. The pho’s broth tastes really good! They have green soy bean milk here! There’s plenty of seating.

This restaurant offers an industrial feel combined with Amazing food and friendly staff. They are only open Monday thru Friday, but we have never had problems getting a table. They also offer orders to go and delivery service options. We LOVE going there for a change of pace and have had nothing we did not enjoy. They also offer catering if you need to have lunch for a group that may be too large to go for an in restaurant meal. I highly recommend Mama Kim's to anyone who likes Asian cuisine.

I've been eating here for about 5 years (before and after Kim bought it). Best pho and vermicelli bowls out of all the places I've tried in Beaumont and the nearby area. Better prices too! Kim improved on the good thing Pho Ha had.

My faves: brisket pho or the pho with all the meats. Chargrilled pork spring rolls with peanut sauce. Vermicelli bowl with chargrilled pork, shrimp, and egg roll.

The parking lot was full, but tables were available and service was quick.

The food was excellent, soju was cold tea was sweet and delicious. I'll be back to try more. Service was most excellent. Enjoyed the ambiance.

Wings where a hit !!!! Perfect heat , had spring rolls those fried rolls, then the shrimp rice plate no 31…. friend of mine had the no. 21 beef I think. Touch of ginger in the shrimp really gave a great taste. Service was constant , they refilled me the whole time. They do have a service fee which I’m not quite used to but $60 ticket $2 and some change I guess for the credit card charge . All in all I recommend and will try em again soon!!!!! 🤩

I was invited to Mamma Kim's yesterday evening for a dinner bowl #20 and was highly impressed with the Food,Welcoming Service and the Amazing Atmosphere while there😍

Food was great. I've been there twice this month and both times the food was delicious. Looking forward to trying their brisket on friday.

All of the varieties of phó I have tried from here are so good but I am especially fond of the chicken and the shrimp. Their salt and pepper wings are the best anywhere around and the service here is always incredible.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Southeast Texas! My family loves coming here! Kim is amazing and always takes great care of us! The food is soooo good! Try this place out if you've never been here!

First time coming here, and hot damn was it good! Had a buddy at work show me it during lunch. #32 was phenomenal. Can’t explain the flavors that I witness during the lime/salt/pepper sauce and the marinaded beef….I’m having a hard pipe purge man it was fantastic.

First time trying at Mama's Kim and everything was good! Service and food was awesome. Then you have the owner walking around talking to people making them feel homey make it so much better. Awesome place, we will be back

One of our favorite go-to places. The owner is a delight! The food is always perfection. #23 is my fav.

It was a very friendly atmosphere and for someone who has never really had vietnamese food, they were very informative. I had two spring rolls as my appetizer, one shrimp and one charbroiled pork. The shrimp one was good, the pork one was very flavorful and even better with their amazing peanut sauce. For my entre, I got the beef steak and brisket Pho. It was hot, comforting and tasty, perfect for a cold rainy day. Prices are very good for the quality and quantity that you get.
Overall, very impressed and will definitely be back.

Loved it here! Absolutely delicious!!!!! The wait staff was kind and very courteous. I got the hot wings (they were sweet and spicy, crispy... PERFECT!!) and a bowl of Brisket Pho ... AMAZING! We also got the shrimp and pork vegetable wraps and they were so good I ended up getting extra orders to bring home. I recommend going earlier around 11am because they filled up FAST and the place was crowded quickly which was great for the ambience. Everything about this place created an amazing lunch experience and I'll definitely be going back!
