I'm not really one to go to the doctor unless necessary. I'm more of a home remedies person unless it's serious. So the few times we've been here we were referred to a specialist for physical therapy. I called in recently because my son had a sore throat and some kind of rash. The receptionist was rude when I called. She informed me we had over $300 balance and she isn't going to make an appt to anyone who owes money. I don't know how our few visits equaled to $300 with insurance and I pay cash for our co pay but whatever. When I asked why I haven't been informed she told me she sent an invoice but it was a bad address and the invoice was returned to them. So I asked why didn't anyone call me to get a good address. Her reply was "I can't just sit here and call everyone with an invoice" I told her I don't know how she expects to get money then. She was rude, the office is just ok. Go here if you must but not the best by any means

I have only been a patient of this dr for 3 weeks and my sister in law and my fiance have been with him since August and he has dismissed all of us because we have to be seen by a specialist for various problems... this is a very poor doctors office who wants to do nothing more than the very minimal he can get away with to be a doctor and I believe if he isn't wanting to see patients cuz they have problems then he has no reason to even be a doctor! It's like having a fancy lawn mower that doesn't cut grass it has no purpose! This doctor has no purpose! He doesn't want to treat the sick and hurting he just want a cushy job where he makes money to do nothing which is what he's trying to get away with! This man is an insult to real doctors everywhere!!! All who inquire be warned! If you have problems HE WILL DROP YOU!!! I found out more information apparently it all has to do with the manager who is rude and has an attitude cuz of some labs that they were supposed to get but she claimed she never got them from my fiance and she dropped him and he only dropped his sister and me cuz we were associated with him all because they couldn't do their job!

The office ladies were cussing and talking smack about the doctor behind is back while I sat quietly in the waiting room by myself. It was disgusting! I went in to see the doctor and he referred me to 3 different places because he does not provide any real care or even prescribe medicine. HORRIBLE. I even recorded the women at the desk saying horrible things behind his back.
