Routine scheduled maintenance, along with a front end alignment were done in a timely manner.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Also, Service Center, including bathroom were very clean.

Great communication, friendly staff, and quick service. The new waiting area is great and the coffee taste wonderful as well. Maybe more comfortable chairs and cold drinks would be good.

Professional service, I drive from San Antonio, TX to have my car serviced at this dealership and will continue to do so.
They take the time to explain everything to me, a video of servicing my car.

Today’s service at Philpott Hyundai was excellent. The Hyundai representatives were very helpful; the service needed for my Hyundai was accomplished in a timely manner; and the facility while waiting was clean and very comfortable.

Arrived 5 minutes before appt. Car taken in immediantly. Directed to fanciest waiting area ever seen. Service was quick and minor problem taken care of. In and out in 50 minutes.

This is a clean and customer friendly facility. The leadership there is top notch. The service department is so courteous and helpful.

From start to finish everyone was polite and knowledgeable. I was in constant contact with a service representative. My car was fixed by an awesome mechanic. I was very pleased with the service and care I was given by hyundai service.

I needed to get my car’s windshield wiper fixed and it was done in no time flat. I even had their driver take me to get some breakfast while I waited. I had just purchased a Genesis and the passenger side wiper arm wouldn’t move. They fixed it and also replaced a canister that was recalled which I didn’t know about but was picked up when they did a diagnostic test. All free of charge. Great service and great people!!

I had appointment today for oil change and tire rotation at 9:00 am. I a checked in immediately. The new location is very nice. Everyone was very friendly. I was out in 45 minutes. I recommend using Philpott Hyundai.

Jason at Philpott Hyundai is the BEST salesman ever!!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and want an honest salesman that will work with you, then look no further than Jason. Prior to contacting Philpott Hyundai, I visited several dealerships within a 100-mile radius and was given the run around. The other dealerships were charging on average 5-10 thousand above MSRP but not Philpott. I started researching more dealerships and found Philpott. After reading the reviews, I knew I wanted to work with Jason.

I called Philpott and spoke to Jason. He assured me that his dealership does not do those markups and not to worry because he would get me a great deal. I scheduled an appointment and arrived the next evening. I arrived at the dealership within an hour of closing and what impressed me the most was how patient, friendly and knowledgeable Jason was.
