Nice trails lots of trees lots of benches and picnic tables along the trails. I put a lot of time and money into bridges over little streams several gazebos to get out of the rain. The trails are gravel an easy to walk. Nice little playground for the kids and nice modern restrooms that are very clean.

Our first time driving through Hondo and it is such a beautiful town. Lovely buildings, quiet, this park was not crowded during Easter! Has a beautiful trail with a garden a gazebo overlooking the playground. Bathrooms near by and very CLEAN compared to other public parks.

Very nice atmosphere, well kept.
All though restrooms were pad locked. closed. during opening hours.

We visited this park for the Annular Solar Eclipse on October 14, 2023 and it was an ideal location for viewing this stellar event!!!

This is a nice clean park for little kids & for people that just want to go on a nature walk. It has restrooms & picnic tables.

Really nice, quiet area to spend on the weekends for a barbeque or have the kids entertain themselves at the playground, play basketball on the court, or volleyball on the sand area.. Would recommend for family barbecues or picnics..

Such a relaxing trail to walk, with Gazebos along the way, always good to have a walking partner though, as its pretty secluded.

It's a very nice big park in a small country town. It includes a playground for kids and a decent size walking path

Nice, clean, quiet place to walk and see plants flowers, animals, or just have lunch, or exercise. The addition of bathrooms was awesome if u have children.
