Candlewood Suites Port Arthur/Nederland, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The shining stars are Amber, Tiffany and India. We had a block of rooms and we all were amazed by these 3 women and will stay at your suites again.

I love, love, love the people who work here! If something is broke, Bobby fixes it right away. The ladies, and now gentleman, at the desk are so friendly! Whatever you need, they are ready to help. The rooms are great! The housekeeping staff is amazing and so friendly! I love it here!!

Great hotel stay! We ran into a couple problems but each were met with a solution in a very timely manner. The pool is kept up very well, tons of snacks for kids if you have them, and close to everything! Very nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

They take AARP cards and rooms were very reasonable, they had a stove top in room and a big fridge with freezer in our rooms

Rooms are really nice and clean. The front desk clerk Endia went over and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. 5 stars. I will be staying here in the future for sure while in town for business

The lady in the front desk was so nice and sweet. Didn't take long to check in or out. Highly recommend staying here. The rooms are nice and clean,the beds were comfortable.

Nice clean quiet hotel staff was super friendly ready to help called my Room to check on me to make sure everything was working nice space the softest bed I've ever slept in a little pricey over a $100 but well worth the spend if I'm ever back in Port Arthur I will definitely make this my spot to sleep you sleep

This is a very nice hotel. It's very clean and quiet. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here 😊😊

The beds were like clouds..rooms were big..only thing we could have used was breakfast this morning and a trash can in the bathroom..the entrance is a little small but they do have a baggage cart..this one is next to a great Mexican food restraunt.
