Lady was so nice and very willing to help. She definitely went above and beyond helping me choose a phoneand plan to buy

We asked for support to have an AT&T SIM installed on a Swiss device. The guy and the lady in charge did everything possible to cope with our needs. Great job, friendly faces and lots of knowledge about their business. Thanks again!

Kevin Talley was so helpful today. He went out of his way to make sure I knew how to use my phone and was very patient with me. He really knows his product and has great customer service. I will be back and recommend his store to all my friends and family.

I had the best customer service at this location. There was this young lady, Alyssa, that was very helpful and knowledgeable. She taught me all about the phone I wanted and gave me a great deal!

The tall young man with short curly hair was very helpful, didn't catch his name, but he was very polite. He helped me get a new phone, transfer the sim card, and transfer the data over.

I havnt fully switched to at&t just yet, but i went in and talked to an employee, Elbia. She had to be one of the sweetest young women to talk me through their plans and the devices that would work best for me... We plan on going back and switching to at&t! Thank you Elbia for being very thorough and explaining everything to us in great detail!!

I totally recommend the AT&T store in Bowie, TX. I bought my last iPhone there and this week I purchased a new iPad. Kevin is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and technology and Alyssa helped make the whole experience so enjoyable! We are fortunate to have this store in Bowie. Much better than WF or metroplex!
