Boost Mobile

My experience with JC Ortiz was probably the most fun experience I’ve ever had with boost Mobile ever! He was friendly and very professional and of course we laughed about sharing the same last name. I look forward to coming in the store to pay my next bill.

We had a wonderful experience at boost mobile at the liberty texas location. Irene was the sales associate that helped us get new phones because ours were broken. She was fantastic with a great personality and was able to get us all set up without any issues.

Thanks to a very professional salesman, JC Ortiz i was able to obtain the best plan for myself . He was very helpful in my decision making. I will definitely want him to wait on me next time.

JC was able to help explain to me the changes we made since changing phones and was able to also explain that in Spanish to my mom who doesn't really speak English. Overall making a smooth transition to changing lines/phones!

I went yesterday to pay my bill, had a few questions about my account. I didn’t know my pin, he helped me and explained everything good to me. Definitely going back to this location, thank you so much JC. Make sure to ask for JC ‼

Great service!! I was greeted right away and taken care of very promptly. Juan Carlos vas very helpful in answering all of my questions making sure I was satisfied with what I was getting. I definitely recommend you go see him when making your next visit at this location! Will definitely be coming back!
