These guys work super hard and are literally the nicest. Best place to get gift wrap and such and birthday cards.

If every CVS pharmacy would operate the Bowie's, they would be highly regarded. This is the ONLY CVS store and pharmacy that I have ever been in that the staff was courteous, friendly, competent and efficient. You never wait for hours or even days like some CVS's for a prescription. And on top of that they
will actually call and leave you a message when your prescriptions are filled. CVS needs to use this as a model store and train all their employees here!

Dan and Alex are the 2 best and understanding pharmacist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm on alot of meds but after myself, my doctor and them all got to know each other, I've never had any issue whatsoever. They've helped me after numerous surgeries and went above and beyond everytime. My Google name and my real name are close Dan and Alex and I can't think yall enough for helping me out with everything.

Alex is very helpful even when he is short-handed. Everyone should be grateful for such a great employee.

I want to call out Chad Krueger for the truly exceptional customer service he gave to my mother and I. We were running an important errand the day before Christmas Eve and he went out of his way to help us in any way he could to print off the pictures we needed. Thank you so much Chad.

Looked on Google pharmacy says closes at 9 .Drove 25 miles to find that they have pharmacy closed at 7. I guess this medicine I needed was not really needed just for tooth pain I can just be in pain no big deal.

I had a procedure done and the pharmacy was not picking our calls from the doctor or myself before being discharged from the hospital to ensure my prescription was ready.

We sent someone else to check/pick the prescription.. they were still open. The times online don't match. The staff mentioned that they had seen our calls but didn't pick. They could at least have placed us on hold.

The worst part is us they gave me all my medications EXCEPT for the most important one. MY PAIN MEDICINE. I was in pain for days taking over the counter pain medicine which we're not working.
I called my doctor DESPERATELY, who reached out to the pharmacy. CVS had HELD my pain medicine and did NOT mention this. My doctor was not happy, I was beyond upset knowing I had the worst pain and the pharmacy never mentioned it nor called for pick up 2 days later.
I will NOT be using this pharmacy any more.

In the past, I have seen the pharmacist appear frustrated and visibly upset at patients. I will NOT be using this CVS pharmacy again

Poor service!!! The whole pharmacy staff is rude! I understand the frustration of being short staffed however i do not understand the behavior of the pharmacist!!! I myself and another customer witnessed the pharmacist throw a patients prescription at the customer!!!!!!! Unacceptable behavior in my opinion!!!! Not to mention all the eye rolling by staff and talking about patients!!!

This has got to be the WORST place to try to get anything! rude pharmacy techs absolutely can not get peoples scripts ready always some kind of issue price different every month same meds it’s just way too much hassle to use CVS !!! Ridiculous
