Complete and total scam artist, this guy does not even remotely begin to live up to his claims. Claims to work for the buyer, scam. Claims to be legitimate, another scam. John literally listened to the Seller who is/was in direct breach of contract and cancelled our Buyer appointment because "the Seller told him to". He is unresponsive, and ultimately not helpful. My hope is that anyone buying a business look at a myriad of other options before relying on this guy to do anything. He'll promise a ton and not just under deliver, he won't even bother showing up, or even give a courtesy text saying he isn't showing up for your scheduled appointment. STAY AWAY. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS FOR YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
