The girls here are the greatest. They are so helpful and cant do enough for you.

Ladies there are great but the company doesn't have online pay nor take debit/credit cards. With the pandemic the office is closed to the public at the moment. Who has checks these days?

Decided to flush pipes on a Monday (July 24, 2017) when people need to shower for work, school, etc. Citizens were told it would last "a few hours" or "most of the day". Situation began with low water pressure which lasted several hours and escalated to no water at all by 3 p.m. It is now 7:45 p.m. and there is still no water. The office is now closed and an alternate/after hours number cannot be found. What are we expected to do now? We were told a few hours, not half the night? We have families to cook for. Children that need to be bathed. We need to bathe. We have animals and gardens that need to be watered. Are we expected to just sit here and accept it quietly? can no one find the problem or at least make some sort of announcement as to when it might be back on or???

It is now 12 a.m. and still no water whatsoever.

People are sweet. Just wish could pay with cc over the phone or online instead of driving 30 min to pay.

They finally allow online bill payments, but an automatic payment option would be nice.

They have no Web site. No online bill pay. You have to write a check and mail payment or go to the office. This is 2020! Learn to use technology and make payments easier to make

You don’t want automatic pay. My bill is usually between $35 and $40. Even when I was doing daily watering it was $42. The one I just got is $81.90. About all I got was oh well. They don’t rebate you unless it’s over $200 or $250. It may be right because I think they go for awhile without checking it. Otherwise I guess have to pay it.

They don't answer after hour emergency calls and some of the numbers they list for emergencies are incorrect. I wish there was a different provider around here to use.

What century does this Authority live in? No website, no online payments? I get it's rural, but come on.
