In and out! Went to renew my registration and was out in 5 minutes. As long as you have everything, it'll be smooth.

I've had several great experiences here. Complete opposite of most experiences at other county offices.

Coming from Houston this is waaaay less of a hassle.

Personnel courteous in greeting people to office. Front employees help with tax payments, directing customer to a person that can help with property taxing information, appraisal of property or other property questions.

I went to the tax office at 4:45pm. An old white guy answered the door and turned me away saying they were closed already and they had already shut down all the computers. Which means that they had a minimum of 5-10 minutes before hand to shut down all the computers seeing as they have multiple computers, which means they decided to close 25 minutes early.

I was so frustrated it's not even funny. I know how it might be irritating to have someone come in 15 minutes before you leave but you have a job to do and my tax dollars aren't paying for these employees to be getting paid for staying until 5pm and they're leaving 25 minutes early. 25 minutes is MORE than enough time to switch a title over. I wasn't even getting the registration I just needed the title transfer done today! This seriously needs to be addressed.

The staff was rude to me when I was trying to make sure I was getting everything right. Gains 1 star for not being busy.

Their hours on the door are marked 8:00 to 4:50 Monday through Thursday and 8:00 to 4:45 on Fridays I guess these are just suggested working hours though since they'll just lock the doors before reaching these uniquely early closing times.

The employees here are very rude they should not be working with the public they really need to know that they are public servants do not want to help you do not wanna answer questions they get really frustrated with customers and the gentleman in charge the older white guy is very unprofessional and they close at 4:45 when the hours are from 8 to 5 idk why they think they are entitled to close early. The staff here is so very unfriendly makes me dread getting my tags head every year.

Fully agree with the negative reviews here. Even over the phone, the terrible attitude was excessive and uncalled for. It shouldn’t be so hard for government employees to lose their jobs and this wouldn’t be a problem. At every level of government.

Arrived at 445 and this office was closed. This was annoying, since I didn't know I had to be there before 445. They need to make the community aware of their closing time.
