I called for an appt for my daughter and Irma answered the phone. She was very friendly. Laura, the nurse, was very friendly and made sure she got all the information we needed them to know. We saw the nurse practitioner Saul Gamboa. He was very informative and took his time to explain things and if he didn't know he found out. All in all excellent experience and made me wonder why I never brought her here to start with!

I wait over an hour each time I come to see my OBGYN. Other then the horribly long wait, the staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Smith is great!

We went in for my kids'Texas Health Steps appointmets. The check-up was excellent! Dr. Saul did great!! He needed to have Hemoglobin and levels checked for my youngest. That was fine with me. So we go to the lab and she proceeds to work on my daughter, trying to find a vien. I'm upset because she stuck BOTH arms, digging and digging around to TRY to hit something. She pulls the needle out and proceeds to tell me that my daughter is extremely dehydrated, that I should've given her more to drink this morning and last night so this appen. THEN she continues to say that if I leave now, and dont have this procedure done, and her shots, you'll lose your Medicaid. With all do respect..I already know that. I have 2 other kids. She made me feel ignorant and clueless about the terms of Texas

Took my daughter there about two weeks ago and opted out for the HPV shot overheard one of the lady doctors and the nurse talking bad because I decided not to get it for my daughter . Had to take my daughter again today and forgot a paper when I left. Called and the lady who answered was extremely rude. Went and got the paper but the girls working in the back were rude as well. I only keep going because we love dr Wright and dr Saul.

Been in waiting room for hour...only one here, nurses going home, all i need is a shot. No updates, no concern.
