The plant operator is very nice and cordial. The facility is clean and bathrooms also. All in all, a great place as far as public service districts are concerned

There was a billing error, our water was shut off without notice, no mail not even a knock on the door. I called and paid the bill immediately in full and had to deal with some woman being “very delightful” through out the whole process. Needless to say our 3 kids are now waiting for how ever long it takes for the “tech” to loop around the block and turn it back on. Ridiculous for lack of a better term.

Sadly these people never reply to my phone messages and their service people never keep you informed as to what has been done when they dig up your property. Water leaks in the main lines flow for years before they come to resolve the issue and it would appear they only put a bandaid on the leak instead of replacing any rotted lines.

Website is crab!!!!! You enter username & passcode, knowing very well that it’s the right username & passcode & it says one or the other is wrong!!!! You check the little box that says I'm not a ROBOT & it’s clearly marked ,you hit ,next & it says ,you first have to mark the box that says ,I’m not a ROBOT!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!!! Now your beyond p- - sed at this point !!!!

Very poor service, representatives lie and are rude

They are a bunch of liers they said they gonna come out and do a job never showed up told us they were there while we were here never seen anyone. Would not recommend
