Swamp Buck Restaurant & Lounge

Loved the food, clean and good service. We had the Texas Smokehouse burger, Bacon cheeseburger and Clam chowder... reported as excellent on all accounts. The coleslaw was also reported as one of the best he has ever had.

I have been dreaming of the horseradish sauce since I had it the first time back in 2013. Nothing has changed and I love it. The menu prices are great, and the selection is great. Staff was nice and accommodating. Wanted a drink but wasn't sure and said suprise me. She made me a cute little rum drink and used a well spirit (which was nice because some people don't wanna spend 20$ on a drink).
We were greeted quickly, the place was quiet, and the food was hot.

Nice restaurant, excellent service, and delicious food. There was no wait when we went and food came out very quickly. The popcorn shrimp with sherry wine sauce was amazing! We also loved the deep fried apple pie a la mode.

We love this place visit as often as we can, last visit we had the wonderful Swamp Lily, Bacon & Chedder fries, the pulled pork Nacho's it was amazing all of it. The Wait Staff are Great people also.

This restaurant has delicious food and good mixed drinks. Ordered the lobster roll with fries, it was tasty and full of meat.

Popped in on a whim whilst hungry while exploring nearby First Mile Brewery & the area about an hour from our family’s camp… my cheeseburger was GREAT but I REGRETTED IT because my aunt & uncle’s BBQ ribs (which they shared due to the generous portion size) were simply the most delicious I’ve ever had this side of the Mississippi. Comfortable but not stuffy atmosphere. Great service. Great place. I just hope my review doesn’t make it crowded for us this summer when we go back.

The food was awesome! Our server was very pleasant and did an amazing job of b taking our orders not writing it down. Not any mistakes at all. We were placed next to a large very loud party who shouted at everyone that came in.....I assume they were locals.

Great food. Good service considering that they were crowded and shortstaffed like everywhere else these days. Quite affordable prices too. Easy walk from Northern Door Inn. Would definitely go back.

We stopped in for lunch and they had switched to the dinner menu but the waitress gave me a lunch menu anyway to save us money! Thank you! Very yummy 😋

We were here twice during our stay for a High School graduation. Ate dinner both times for nine people. Had appetizers, salads, hamburgers, fish-n-chips, ribs and more. Sat us quickly, good service, tasty food. Good experience both meals.

Delicious food--everyone in our party of four was pleased with their lunch. Service was attentive and efficient. Atmosphere was wonderful--the kind of place where you can easily have conversations with other patrons. If you need to eat somewhere in Fort Kent, do it here!

I was downright shocken with how good the food and service was...Can't serve a charred med-rare steak any better. I felt they may have been understaffed but it never felt that way. Nothing like northern work ethic. Amazing!
