We loved it here. Site was just electric but they have water to fill up with in the park. Wood was $6/ bundle. They have a nice gift shop. The site we had was very big and spaced nicely apart from other sites. Showers were clean and separate from the bathrooms which was nice. Beautiful paths, signage was great and very well kept. The falls are beautiful and a must see. Boardwalks made our walks very easy and enjoyable.

Beautiful park!

We camped in the park for 3 nights. Nice campground.

We visited both the Upper and Lower falls areas. Absolutely stunning. The upper fals area has a brewery (with sit down menu) and a BBQ food truck. Brisket basket from the food truck was very tasty.

When visiting the lower falls, take the time to walk all the way to the bridge and the island in the river. Impressive stainless steel bridge!

Highly recommended!

Certainly the most eye-candy per acre than any scenic attraction in the state. Don’t miss the footbridge to the island added just last year. You no longer need the rent a boat to see some of the best views.

Absolutely loved it here! The park was gorgeous and clean, great facilities, everyone seemed really friendly. The falls are unreal! We loved the convenience of firewood being sold and dropped off right at your lot, and also the super cool wood vending machine. Only thing missing is a beach and swimming. We can't wait to come back!

This is a beautiful area to visit. There are boat rentals and shops. If you only have time to visit just one, the upper falls or lower falls, I would choose the lower falls. This area is much nicer and not as strenuous to walk.

This place was awesome. We had a campsite here and will definitely be back next time we’re near here. Campground has restrooms, showers, and a place to wash dishes so it made tent camping a breeze. Also had a trail and lake access right next to our site.

Did not get to actually enjoy my stay here but will tell you it is surrounded by tons of beautiful scenery, not to far from both upper and lower falls. There is also some cool stores, resturants and a brewery or two. Really like the layout although a few things were closed during are visit, still lots to enjoy.

This is an amazing State Park Campground. The scenery is beautiful with easy access to the lower falls, it is a must stay. Newer bathhouses are a nice plus. There are miles of hiking trails just in the state park. We like kayaking and fishing the river too! No cell service (even Verizon) is a plus in my opinion, get outside 🚣‍♀🌲🚵

This place is amazing! Only water and electric but the restrooms were super clean and well kept! The staff was super helpful and nice… only downfall is that the entrance can get backed up on busy weekends, but you can’t fault the campground for having amazing falls that people want to come see. Verizon signal stinks, so enjoy your time away from electronics.

So far this is a very nice camp grounds. The bathroom are clean and modern. The only drawback is the internet is very spotty. But beyond that this is a very nice place to bring your kids and camp. The camp store is one of the biggest I've seen at any state park.

Good spacing for each camping spot and super clean restrooms/showers. Some of the best restrooms I've seen at a campground!

I try to visit Tahquamenon Falls once a year. I first came here as a kid and absolutely loved it here! My Mom loved taking impromptu trips here and I’m following that tradition in her memory! I brought my kids here and we stayed two nights. The campground was well kept, quiet, and peaceful. Highly recommend coming here and staying a few nights!

Lovely campground, large sites, lots of trees. You might need an extension cord because many of the sites share a power pole between them. No 50 amp sites, but some pull-throughs. Nice playground for the kids. You can walk to the Lower Falls easily, and there's also the North Country Trail going out the south end of the campground. There is only one dump station (two sides) for both this campground and the Overlook campground which also is at the Lower Falls.

Clean, large sites, wood delivery in the busy season, stunning views, amazing stargazing!

Also, I got engaged here! 5 out of 5 stars.

This is one of my new favorite camping spots. With all the amazing sites, fishing, and river kayaking i will try to come here every year. Just remember sometimes it's hard to get a site, because its so sweet.

The campground is typical, lots of sites close together. There were mostly rvs and camper trailers. The on site power hookups we’re nice so no one had to run their generator. Bathrooms and showers were very convenient.

The check in closed early and it was a bit of a hassle checking in over the phone. Great facilities and the have 24 hour firewood service.

Have stayed here every year for the past 5 years. Lovely campground, just a short walk to the lower falls.
Great for being able to view the falls after hours when foot traffic has died down.
