It took over an hour to get our food at McDonalds in Newport Maine. Not only was the the worst experience I have ever received and a complete waste of $50 for my family of 6. The poor staff are overworked and have to endure a completely hostile environment because patrons are livid! We were told they have to keep the drive thru moving which means this management company prioritizes money in their pockets vs a good employee experience and in dining experience.

BANGOR STREET RESTAURANT IS AN ABSOLUTE CLUSTER FLUCK! Each and every time I come here my food is either not warm it’s messed up completely or I wait anywhere from 20-30 mins for dollar items! Manager is just as confused as the rest of the crew half the time on their orders! I’ve been sitting here for 24 mins for a single ICE CREAM CONE! I have applied for a position at this location twice this year I even had an interview and was not hired yet they are so short staffed the store needs to close early 3 days a week this store either needs more workers better workers or new management it’s CRAZY TO WAIT THIS LONG DOT A DAMN ICE CREAM CONE
