And apologized streets had no been snow plowed
Said he would send the road graders over by Thursday
They did
Great job
Now I can get my motor home down our street without getting stuck

Inerstate 75 from Gaylord to way south of Clare was in horrible condition on April 14th. NO MDOT trucks out other than way down south where they weren't even needed. Cars in ditches and accidents due to the poor road conditions. I couldn't get a hold of MDOT to ask why their trucks were not on North Interstate 75 so I called the Clare County Police Department letting them know of the dangerous road conditions. My son who was traveling on 75 single file speeds of 20 to 30 MPH let me know as he got closer to Clare the Clare County Plow trucks were on 75 making it much safer for travelers. Thank you.

Why does Clare county Not keep the dirt roads ployed more and grade the dirt roads more it worse then pot hole city out here, it destroys your vehicle I just had front end work on mine it's very costly

With this latest ice storm the road commission came out and graded our secondary road in the morning (and in the same day). They did a knockdown-job with this storm. I appreciate all you do. Knowing what it takes to maintain these roads; two thumbs up to the staff this time!!

Came up to my folks to help put in their hay crop for 3 weeks in Redding Twsp and my mom has had to go to hospital 3 times in last 4 weeks . Their road is the worst I seen in Clare county so I called and asked 2 weeks ago if they could Grade , her answer was she would refer to supervisor. Apparently he don’t live around there so needless to say nothing has been done since at least middle of June

The last snow storm that we had, the county snowplow driver plowed up to my neighbors driveway and stopped. I emailed a complaint to the road commission and this time I can tell by his tire tracks that the driver purposely left the road in front of my house unplowed.

Wow, the trim job on Maple Grove looks like absolute garbage. I never thought I'd be surprised by CCRC doing a sloppy job, but here we are.

Edit: They destroyed my property, possibly in retaliation to this review. If you're considering investing in real estate in Clare County, don't.

I pay taxes on three lots. In the past years our road is nothing but pot holes and mud! I'm tired of calling so I can get out to the main road and they get here when they get here? Very very poor service!!!

My road is horrible all seasons except when it's iced over. It's almost spring and we can't even get our van down it. I'm not sure what my taxes pay for.

They have not done anything about anything I have called about road washouts trees down over road very poor
