Newmans has the highest quality docks and lifts ive ever seen. Light weight easy to put in and take out. im sure my dock and lift will last more years than ill be able to use them. My mind was blown how customizable every thing is theres so many accessories for it. Best dock and lift ive ever had

I lost a ramp to my sledbed trailer. One call and they knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. Even though the owner had to leave for an emergency, he arranged for one of his employees to meet me later with the ramp. Totally above and beyond any customer service I’ve experienced anywhere! Hard to find this type of dedication anywhere.

The relationship started out great. We bought two lifts, a large roll-in dock with wheels on both ends of the dock sections for easy removal and a utility trailer. We also hired them to install and remove the dock & lifts each year since purchase in 2013. I have now found that the the installation/removal services they provided after the sale have been discontinued and we are left high and not dry when it comes to finding someone else that offers this service.
Getting the company to call you back also became a non-existent courtesy too, making for a very frustrating experience.

A coworker bought an aluminum utility trailer from this company, and I have never seen such terrible welding in my life! Very very poor job. The welds were very uneven, pooling, undercut, over cut, tons of black area's around the welds meaning contamination. Once again, very poor job for a custom made trailer!
