Hole in the wall neighborhood Thai is a gem. The cuisine is authentic and offer a greater variety of curries than almost all other Thai places. (Just be careful about the spice level when asked — I think of myself as being able to handle spicy foods and “medium” here basically hit the upper level of my tolerance.) The signature Pas Thai was the best I’ve had in the area. The chicken satay appetizer was also very good, juicy and spiced just right. Service was friendly. There is even a small discount off the final bill if paying cash. Will definitely be coming back,

This is hands down the best Thai place in Metro Detroit!

A few years ago we spent 3 weeks in Thailand, and since then we are always on the hunt for a great, flavorful, and authentic Thai spot. Lemongrass checks all the boxes. We drive 25 mins each way just to get takeout - it’s that good!

My favorite dishes to order are the curries and fried rice dishes. The Panang and Massaman curry have a rich flavor profile with a lot of depth to it. You can taste the flavors! The fried rice is full of fresh vegetables and flavor.

This is the closest I’ve found to Thailand here in the states. If you love flavorful curries, definitely make the trip!

Had an amazing time at this restaurant, I finally found good pad Thai. The noodles were fresh and the chicken was flavorful. The service was so lovely and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Great little restaurant! I’m here for work and they were near my hotel so I thought I’d give it a try. I got take out which I ordered in the restaurant. Great staff who were super friendly and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I got the peanut curry with chicken and cabbage. Delicious!! Can’t stress enough about how kind everyone was at this restaurant. I will definitely be coming back

Excellent place for some Thai food.. the hot was on the spicier end of Thai places I've visited. Been here a few times, and a would recommend the curries over the noobles. Was a big fan of the pagoda curry.

Was in MI on a business trip, and my and my co worker came to have dinner on a Monday night, food was hot, fast, and fresh. Service was helpful and nice!

Went to Lemon Grass Thai Restaurant for carryout and it was excellent! The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Prices were reasonable and the menu had quite a variety of dishes. I shall return very soon for some more great food! Many thanks to the courteous staff for a positive experience!

My new favorite Thai place (after Thai Delight which is a bit too far for me to drive)! Had a Delicious chicken pad Thai and wonderful pork red curry. Curry stood out, was not watered down as you find sometimes. Excited to explore the menu. Interior seemed nice, can't comment on service, I did takeout.

The best Thai food! I lived in Thailand for 3 years, and this place is still the most authentic restaurant I have been to. It has stayed true for 8 years!! Delicious food! I have yet to have something that isn’t scrumptious. I recommend the panang curry and the massaman curry. For a unique twist, try their papaya salad!

Was told that this place is one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Everything is a bit sweet but overall is still pretty good. The yellow curry is the top selling item - it is really good.

As a frequent flyer to Thai restaurants I feel like most that I go to are by & large pretty similar. THIS place blew me away!

I think they dialed the heat down on me when I asked for “thai hot”, but despite that - this was STILL the BEST green curry I’ve had anywhere. BY FAR!

Mostly get take out but occasionally dine in, service is really fast. The food is really good and the staff is great!

My husband and I love this place. They have great Thai food. We love the Tom Kha soup as well as their Tom Yum. My husband's favorite item on the menu is Crystal noodles. I love their massaman curry. We also enjoy their chicken satay and fish cakes. The pictures were taken after we got takeout. They have generous portions. Great food!

Tried for the first time and it was very good. Got my favorite pad woon sen. Website was easy to use to order takeout. Discount given for paying cash 👍

Red Curry melted my heart. Very rich in flavor and Aroma.

The food was so delicious and authentic! I love the red curry the the tom-yum soup. Nat was very pleasant. We had excellent experience at this place. We definitely will be back.

Best Thai food around the area. Their spice levels are skewed meaning order hot if you usually order medium from other places. But boy they're tasty. Not to miss items include the chicken satay (the peanut sauce is yum!), pad Thai, panang and massaman curry. If you love drunken noodles, this is where you get it. Best to get takeout as the seating is minimal.
