Taco Bell

Faith took our order and is so delightful! Smiles and good vibes all around, and considering I can be pretty indecisive not only did she help me figure out my order but I never felt rushed, the food she recommended was delicious, and she had nothing but great energy. The Owosso T-Bell crew and Faith in particular deserve recognition for being exceptional in an industry that demands so much! (I've worked in food before, this crew seriously does such a great job.)

I have never once had a perfect order from this Taco Bell, except tonight! Whoever the hell was making my order around 1230/1 am deserves a raise! Everything was full as it could've been without exploding, baja blast freeze was available which is always cool, everything that was added and taken away from the order was correct, it was hot! great night for smokers to go to TB that's for sure!

I didn’t have a very high regard for this Taco Bell at first but the new employees (new to me) are friendly and have the attitude that they want to work and be an actual customer service representative. The food still looks and smells like cat food but the staff make it a little more appealing than before

As a bariatric patient, there are times (rarely) when fast food is the only option. Taco Bell is one of the places that has options that don’t upset my stomach and, frankly, are delicious!

The girl faith is so sweet she payed for are drinks she was so sweet love her

I believe the manager took our orders. Shewas super nice, very easy to talk to, and helped fix a mistaken order. She's great and deserves the praise.

Posting this review in response to the one calling out an employee who flipped off the people in drive thru, I was in line behind them and the girls in that car were disrespectful and rude to the employee helping them, yelling and cussing them out over something that sounded like it was out of the employee's control. I honestly don't blame the employee for flipping off those people, I would've wanted to do the same had I been talked to this way. I've never had any trouble with the employees here, once and awhile I'll have a messed up order but we're all human and make mistakes, don't take it out on the people making your food.

I want to say Mary Knowlton is awesome. She is a hard worker. She make sure she has all the food, right. She nice and sweet to customers if I could, I would give her a raise.💯💯make sure u ask for her she is the best

Virginia and honestly I don't know everybody else's name but every person that works first shift first thing in the morning at this location is absolutely phenomenal I really like the two gentlemen again don't know their names but every person I have encountered I have to say they are kind they are personable and they truly have a way of making you feel like you're with old friends when you walk in I literally come here absolutely everyday 7:00 a.m. to get the same thing and I think I shall continue to make this my morning routine Thank you all for putting a smile on my face for the past 3 weeks no matter how s***** my night has been at work your employees make my morning every morning.

I just had an experience with Faith she was SOOO kind and actually listened to our request to have our "boxes" bagged separately THAT'S A FIRST!!!!! I have 5 kiddos and You know how frustrating it is to get five separate boxes all thrown into one bag and hand it out the window that's my normal experience Tonight was completely different thoroughly thoroughly satisfied I hope Faith gets a kudos.

Brie was AMAZING 👏 She made us feel welcome and Her customer service skills were exceptional I would be back just for her to be the one to take my order she put a smile on my face ☺

Excellent service! We had a problem with my online order but the manager was super at quickly taking care of the situation and making it right.

The food was pretty good, but this 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 is because of the staff! The people working at the Taco Bell in Owosso Michigan at around 10:40pm on 03/23/2021 were AWESOME! They were very friendly and professional. I got my food very fast and hot (despite a line in the drive through being jam packed.)

Lady at drive thru was rushing me. Tried to order and took second to think of food and Lady took as I was done and told me my total. I was like I'm not done. They messed up on the order.

The 3 locos tacos I had here were the best tacos I have ever seen or tasted in my life. Delicious!

Amanda was awesome! She had all our stuff out fast and the whole crew was working hard regardless of the long line. They did great!
