My water heater died at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday. Dale's was out to the house by 5:00 for an after hours repair. Once I decided to have a new one installed they didn't even charge me for the Friday call and had a new water heater installed by noon the next day (Saturday). They also fixed the duct work on the cold air return on my furnace and did them both for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend them enough. They were terrific.

On Sunday afternoon my furnace stopped working. I called Dale's and left a message. Austin texted back right away to let me know he was on a service call and would call me when finished. He called soon after. He asked some questions to see if I could fix the problem but it turned out a professional was needed! Austin came over and diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter. His customer service - from the text and then a call and then fixing my furnace - was outstanding! He is very kind, friendly, and respectful! I highly recommend Dale's Heating!!

I recently had Mike from Dales heating come out. He did an amazing job and got my furnace working in a very timely fashion, I couldn’t be happier. Also shout out to the great customer service Jen provided!

Dale's has been great from the initial call through my gas fireplace tune up. Will was here on time and he brought his friendly demeanor with him. Always a plus. Will is a seasoned professional full of knowledge and expertise. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Reasonably priced too!

The tech was professional, gave us some great advice and insight, and even provided a very reasonable estimate for a new furnace installation for when that time comes. Definitely recommend!

Great Company! Great Communication! And most importantly Great employees! I had Dales do the work on a new home I built. James and Mike were awesome, responsive, & and have great trouble shooting skills. My home was unique and required someone with expert knowledge in the equipment being installed. Dale's is great. We feel lucky to have them nearby. Most recently they fixed our gas fireplace that was acting up. They scheduled us quickly and then showed up on time and communicated right away afterward.

Previously they've installed a microwave and ductless mini split system. They were easy to work with then too. Their prices for the products and services were the same as at the big stores in Minneapolis, but with Pine City customer service.

We needed a NEW A/C unit installed. They were on time, professional and done in a timely manner. Whether it’s the Office ladies, the Tech’s or the Installer’s, we’ve always had GREAT service from Dale’s Heating & Appliance!

We have used Dale's Heating & Appliance twice in the last year, we are in the Mora, MN area, and have been extremely satisfied both times. The first time our boiler heating system was only working in one zone during a cold spell and Mike (technician) came out and identified the issue and repaired it, no problems since. We then had them come out to install a smart thermostat that needed some special wiring, Will (technician) was very thorough and had it working in no time. We have contacted Will with questions, and he was always pleasant and made us feel like he was genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. We would recommend Dale's Heating & Appliance!
