Professional, courteous, compassionate, and helpful are a few of the words that I associate with the Martin County Veteran Services office. I have had multiple interactions with the personnel that work in this office, and every time I am treated with respect and dignity. They are very knowledgeable of the available VA programs and services, and they are always available to provide their professional insights and assistance. I especially want to recognize Dan for going above and beyond. He provided a level of service that made me feel extremely valued as a Veteran and made me proud to know that our Veteran organizations are serving with dignity, respect, and with the spirit of service. I sincerely appreciate all of the support I have received from the team at Martin County Veteran Services office. I give them the highest recommendation.

Fast and friendly service with all you Veteran needs. Dan is the man. What took me 16 years. He handled in a week or so. 5 stars isn't enough.

The Veterans Services of Martin County and Chief Reese are truly amazing people.
They provided me with assistance at a time when I desperately needed it. I was treated very respectfully and warmly. It took me a long time to ask for help because I had never really needed it before. They helped me above and beyond what I had asked for and it made a huge difference!

Tony was great! But the first lady Jane Garcia was extremely rude! She shouldn't be allowed to work for a veterans program office if she has an attitude when a retired vet calls to get information. I m new to figuring out how to get my wife into the VA, when I asked she stated "She doesn't! (very rudely) Then I asked who should we contact to find out. Her response was" Her doctor!" She doesn't have one, that's what we are trying to figure out! I didn't snap at her, but I m glad she transferred me to Tony. He was great and answer my questions the best he could.

The Martin Co. VA Represetative doesn't deserve the one star rating. I met with him today and he didn't have even have the courtesy to introduce himself. I saw his name the desk plaque and did the introduction myself. He is a ZERO, total waste of time.

We have not been in this place in person but we called them 3 weeks ago to get services for my husband. Who ever answered the phone obviously did not feel like working that day. We gave her all the information and she said that he wasn't entitled to anything because he had been drafted and he did not serve in Vietnam. I called the Veteran's Adm. in Palm Beach and they confirmed that she was wrong. We will be going to your office in person real soon.
