Kara was great to work! Picking out new carpet can be a daunting task; one I was not excited about. I told her what I didn’t want in regards to carpet type and that I wanted to lighten up the room. She quickly brought me to a few samples that I could bring home and came to a decision. Ordering took a few weeks due to it being a special order. Installers were fabulous. Gave us specific instructions on where to move furniture so they could get the job done in 2-3 days. Couldn’t be happier with my new flooring! Feels like a new home!!

Floor and Ceiling did a fantastic job completely revamping the entry of our split-level home. Darrick and team consulted with us to come up with a great look for the tile and carpet, and Kara made sure the project was managed perfectly. We are thrilled with the result!

Very knowledgeable showroom staff. I am working on flipping my first house, and they had a wide variety of products to choose from. Everyone in the showroom was extremely helpful, and I will be going back here again in a few years when I build my dream home. They also were willing to provide just product if that's what you're after. I started with that intention, but I called them to schedule an install after the product sat in my living room for a month. (I travel a lot for work) They had no problem with my change of heart and were out the following week to install the product I bought from them. These people are rock stars, and everything looks fantastic!

This is the place for wonderful customer service. We chose a tile that was no longer being made. Darrick found all the remaining tile from different locations for us. Wow!! He stays in contact and offers real honest answers. We live by Willmar and it was well worth the drive. Many many thanks!!

Very good service and the carpeting was affordable for the project I was doing. I was looking to update my 94 year old mothers house before putting it on the market to sell. Connie Crawley at FTC found me very nice carpeting that was within my budget. The installer did a great job also!! Thank you!
