We are extremely happy with Granite Services. Their customer service approach, transparency and professionalism were evident throughout the entire project. We remodeled our kitchen with a beautiful, very hard quartzite stone and our bathroom with a remnant granite stone and are very happy with the final products. We did have some issues with filling within the quartzite slabs from our supplier but Nate made sure any imperfections were noted and pointed out before fabrication so we could make decisions if we wanted new slabs while also allowing for no surprises down the road. Scheduling also went smooth, we weren't on a tight deadline but we did need all our contractor schedules to align and Granite Services were there immediately after our cabinet and counter installations were completed. Granite Services was also a great advocate for us as there was a quality issue from our supplier but they made sure to work with the supplier to make sure we were held harmless and that the we had a quality end product which we are extremely happy with. We re extremely pleased with the work Granite Services has done for us. We used them for two deferent homes, totaling two kitchens, three bathrooms, one family room, one bedroom, one foyer, and a couple of other smaller items. Jeff, Nate, and Anthony are great to work with and aim to please. Their pricing tends to be a bit better than other places we have gotten bids from in the past. We highly recommend.

Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job with our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom for our remodel. They met our schedule (as we engaged them 2 months in advance) and were up front about the price and changes we made right up until a week before the installation. Their install crew did a great job and were on time, clean and did a great job. We would highly recommend them for future countertop work.

This is by far the best place in the area to go for granite installation. Their prices are lower than the others, and their service is far superior. Everyone there is nice, fun, and easy to work with. Along with this, their work looks SPECTACULAR, and I keep getting praises whenever people come into my home now.

I'm on my 5th gut renovation and this is my first time using Granite Services and won't use anyone else from now on! Jeff even noticed that the slabs that came in where NOT what the sample looked like and was SO flexible as I tried to find the perfect slab. They never pressured me to pick something I didn't like. They also took the time to hear and understand my design and made my primitive drawings and picture inspirations come to life! (We had them do custom fireplace surround, my kitchen back splash and counter tops as well as my pantry counter tops) As I move forward in my new design en devours I'm sure to call Jeff!

A++ Experience

We spent a little over 3 months looking for the perfect local contractor to do the granite work in our home. We did our homework visiting with other company's in the area, both big and small companies, to see what they had to offer, their prices, etc.. After a few months searching we were referred by a friend to Jeff, the Owner at Granite Services in St. Joseph, MN. After only about 15 minutes with Jeff, we knew he was our Granite Guy. Very easy going, Knowledgeable with over 20+ years in the business, and his prices couldn't be beat. We were a little skeptical at first thinking the old saying "You get what you pay for," but we were absolutely BLOWN away by the quality of this company's craftsmanship. Everything came together perfect from the finish, edges, installation, etc.. We will recommend Granite Services to any and everyone!

From day 1 this company has exceeded my expectations. They were flexible, professional and very knowledgeable about the product, process and installation. They didn’t blink an eye when we changed our minds about the color we wanted and delivered ahead of the original ETA in order to coordinate with our other installations. It’s been almost a year since we put the kitchen counters in and we just noticed some rough spots. This company’s warranty is amazing! They came out at a convenient time for me and were able to get them fixed in no time WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE! I would recommend Jeff, Nate and the rest of their team to anyone!

We recently built a new home and our contractor told us about Granite Services. We had granite countertops put in our two bathrooms and our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We've received many compliments about the finished look. Our kitchen countertop had some difficult cuts. The workmanship was excellent! I called Jeff from Granite services and within a short amount of time, I had my granite countertop picked out. Talk about a company that goes above and beyond! We met at his location and then went to a large warehouse where there was a HUGE selection to pick from. I have an unusually large kitchen and thought I would need a minimum of 2 splices in my countertop, but much to my surprise Granite Services was able to install the countertop with only 1 seam! He came to the house and measured the cabinets within the week. Jeff, his son, and nephew arrived with the countertops and within a very short period of time, the counters were installed and looked absolutely perfect! The whole project finished nearly a week before the promised date! If you are looking for granite or quartz countertops, look no further. This company (family company!) will be sure to take care of you! As far as price, I feel that for the service and quality of the project, it was worth way more than what we paid! I highly recommend this company!!
