New Lebanon School District

In 1998 as a junior I was assaulted by a fellow student, in the gym, with at least 20 students and 2 staff members including the guidance counselor present, none stopped the assault until I was unconscious, and the principal finally stepped in. Since it's been determined I have permanent brain damage from the assault, but I wasn't informed till too late to file a lawsuit against the school district. My assailant was allowed to attend school while already on probation for theft of car stereos. I live on $1000 a month disability and will soon be losing my home since my father, my primary benefactor, passed away 2 years ago and cannot afford his mortgage. New Lebanon SD should be shut down and it's faculty banned from working anywhere near children.
To all parents whose students suffer at the hands of bullying, remember you can sue the school district for allowing unsafe conditions.
This is my 3rd attempt at leaving a review, seems like they keep getting deleted. If I ruined someone's life I wouldn't want the truth to get out either.
