Great place to watch the sun 🌞 come up

Just drove across New England and this was one of my favorite areas.

If you are looking for a place to capture the night sky....this is the place. Have spent numerous nights watching with my sons this summer. Have seen beautiful shooting stars, planets, and moon phases. Captured some great Miky Way shots as well (enhanced with software...but there is no way you can miss it).

One of so many awe-inspiring views on the kancamagus scenic highway. This has to be one of the best ones. This one is a bit bigger and had more parking. Meeting a new dog certainly didn't hurt either!

It's easy to get in and out of. There was plenty of parking.

Probably the best sunrise I've ever witnessed. If you're in the area for leaf peeping in the fall you won't be disappointed. Just make sure to check the weather ahead of time. I live two hours away and I'm sad I hadn't gone sooner.

Kancagamus Highway boasts several overlooks and lookouts along its path, and each of them provides truly exhilarating views of the foliage during fall and equally beautiful sights during other months. Graham Wangan overlook is one of the most stopped-by locations for that perfect picture during the peak fall season and on our visit too, we were bestowed with similar sights of foliage that we just couldn’t leave.

One of the best viewpoints I’ve been to. The eastern mountains may be smaller by the numbers, but with views like this, it doesn’t matter.

A photo will never compare to the breathtaking beauty of Mother Nature. Simply amazing and spiritual. There is something about breathing the clean air of the mountains that makes life bittersweet!

One of the best vista points on Kancamagus highway to experience the various colors and mesmerized views of the white mountains. You can take beautiful pictures with a scenic background. Do not miss this point whenever you are on that highway !!!

Best place to see the sunrise on the Kancamagus Highway

A great little spot to pull over on your travels! Great views! Great place to stretch your legs!

It was a Sunday so this place was very crowded! And also the leaves already fell off so the view wasn't as great as it was two weeks ago.

Just a calm, relaxing spot along the way to our destination. Perfect to park, take in the sights, and stretch your legs. There was a trail too, but we just stopped for the view

Make sure you buy a $5 parking ticket to use for the day at all scenic parking locations

Absolutely stunning views off the top of this outlook. I always love visiting any time of year especially after a snowfall.

Easy parking and great views. Great opportunities for photos.
