Sugar Hill Overlook

This is a quick stop along the kangamangus highway with beautiful scenery. Great views of the surrounding mountains and of the fall foliage. A must stop in the White Mountains. If you are traveling down the road make sure you stop and take a few pictures.Spectacular place for fall colors in October. It's definitely worth the trip to see the fall colors along with a view of the white mountains. There are parking spots and well maintained small seating area.

Stopped at 4 Scenic outlooks along the Kanc Highway. All were worth it! Went the 1st week of October which is prime "foliage" time. If you're in the area, definitely worth a visit. Paid $5 to park at the scenic outlooks and falls for the day. Took us about 3 hours total.

We managed to snag some nice photos on a rainy, foggy day. Take your time riding through this place. Don't let the bullies behind you that will ride your bumper intimidate you; they've plenty of room to go around you. Plenty of pullouts to take in the views. Beautiful view. Not very crowded. Area was very clean. Everyone was wearing masks and no loose dogs which always kills me while hiking. "My dog is well behaved, I don't need a leash.". Then why is your dog jumping on me?

Beautiful views are all over in New Hampshire. This is no exception.

Beautiful overlook, parking spaces could use a repaint on the lines but no big deal. If your heading here west bound the entrance comes up fast!

October 2nd week is the time to visit to witness the fall colors at this place. A delight.

this was such a gorgeous view! every pullnoff spot along the kancamagus highway was breath taking! was cloudy/rainy while we were up there so a little tough to get good clear pictures

Best riding and great scenery.

It was a very nice place to stop by. The view is superb. The information boards are really helpful. I could see many mountains from this single viewpoint. Underneath the mountains, there is forest which looks absolutely beautiful. I think this will look more beautiful in fall.

Spectacular place for fall colors in October. We drove down the Kamagus Highway to see the leaves and this lookout didn't fail us. Just amazing colors in every direction with beautiful hills and valleys.

The turnout has a gazebo with some seating and some rock walls to sit on an relax. Don't mix an opportunity to stop and see natural beauty.
