my sincerest apologies I wrote a review about this place being unproffessional and how hard it was to contact with them to get a tracking number after some time (approx. 10 days) I received the tracking number the package came shortly after even though it took a few days when the package came it was packaged beautifully and they packed it exactly how I asked the item I chose were of very high quality and very well made I have to say if you want some absolutely adorable fairy garden supplies this place is the place to buy they have a huge selection and the prices are amazing

I ordered a few items to include a set of copper bird houses that are "out of stock", but no word on refund or replacement offer. I ordered a covered bridge that came in broken into 5 pieces. I try to call and the mailbox is full. Just a little frustrated but I will keep trying to contact them. Items are 4 stars, contact is 2 stars-update; finally able to contact company and will be receiving a full refund for broken bridge and out of stock item. Thank You!

The products were nice and packed well. Unfortunately my order was shorted and attempts to reach them have been impossible. They are always busy with other calls and they prompt you to leave a message. But the message box is full and you are then disconnected. So far I have wasted and hour trying to reach them. There is no other form of contact.

DO BUY FROM THIS SITE. OUT OF 4 ITEMS I BOUGHT ONE WAS TOTALLY MISSING AND ONE WAS IN NUMEROUS BROKEN PIECES. PACKAGING WAS TERRIBLE. I SENT THEM TWO EMAILS WITH PICTURES. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM ON EITHER EMAIL. NO RESOLUTION BY PHONE CALLS, ONLY ALLOWED TO TALK TO GIRL WHO ANSWERS NO TALKING TO WHOEVER RUNS IT. SLOW SHIPPING ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE.!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This place is a scam, they take your money and never send the product. There phone system is always ‘under construction’ so you can’t get a hold of them.

Placed an order 3 months ago. Never received a shipping notice, never received my order. They did take my money though...
