I ordered something online & it came damaged. Whoever put it together for shipping did a horrible job. I’m shocked the glass didn’t break on the Lampe Berger. Parts and pieces were everywhere and part of it was broken and the Lampe was scratched. I tried emailing them over 30x and absolutely ZERO RESPONSE. Not even a “We will get back to you”. I gave them 2 stars because the product thankfully still works BUT I will NEVER purchase from them again because they don’t care if your product comes damaged or broken or probably at all.

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order with this “store” that claims to be a, “Maison Berger Authorized Diamond Dealer” in early November and never received the complete order. I tried reaching out to this seller several times via email and phone, and never received a response back by either method. I contacted Maison Berger corporate just to inform them about the customer service experience with this “authorized seller”and was informed that The Lampe Store/Lampe Berger Store is NOT an authorized reseller of Maison Berger products. I would suggest buying elsewhere.

Very frustrating Customer Service experience. Three emails and one phone call and I haven't had any response. A very long wait time on the phone led me to a voicemail box, but then was given a "this voice mailbox is full" response. Cannot recommend any business which does not respond to customers.

Disputing the charge with my bank today. They will charge you and never ship out your order and then when you try to contact them by phone or email they never respond. SCAM.
