Love Hotels Staples by OYO at HWY 10 MN

This hotel is perfect for my needs - roomy, clean, quiet, friendly/helpful staff, cable, in a great location! Tonight I am in a handicapped room for the first time and it's very nice. Big bathroom and shower. A great addition to my hometown of Staples, MN!

First of all I just want to say thank you so much to the manager, Randy, for being so accommodating to us! He is a very nice guy who obviously takes pride in his job and does it quite well!

Next I want to refute a review that I saw: so I’m going to quote it here, it was reviewed by a person named Adrayne Bramante: “ I walked in and I walked right back out. They looked terrible 😔 I don't know about the rooms but I know what the front desk looked like and it looked like a cheap residential hotel or something.”

She is referring to a HALLOWEEN DECORATION!! the front desk area is very neat and tidy, they are preparing for trick-or-treat for the youngsters in the area! It was some black cobwebbing over a decorative mural on the front desk!! it’s not dirty here at all. I just checked in after leaving a different hotel.

We have paid less than half the price of the other hotel for a clean and comfortable place to lay our heads. It may not be a five-star Hilton, but at $58 a night it is in a safe location convenient to other places, neat, clean and friendly, and when one is traveling quite frequently, I found really quickly that is all one really needs!

I’m going to give it three star on accommodation, simply because it’s not a resort and I’m going to give it five stars on everything else. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from anyone though I can tell you that!! thank you L☮VE Hotels!

The friendliest staff I might have ever encountered and great complimentary breakfast. We needed a hotel room last-minute and they were super accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable. So much so that we ended up staying three nights! Simple and small room but great value for the price. Mini fridge, coffee, big TV with all the channels, and good water pressure! Overall was a nice and warm place to stay for these Texans!

Randy, the manager was very friendly and helpful for us two old folks! Room was clean, bed was comfortable! We will definitely stay here again, if we come this way! Thank you so much Randy! 007 😜😊

Laurie the hotel manager is by far the best at this location! I was going through a hard time and she got me set up in a room! She accommodated all that I needed. She even came to my room and knocked on my door to make sure I was OK! Breakfast was great! If they didn’t have stock of something Laurie went out of her way and went to the store to accommodate what was requested by my children and I! I will definitely be coming back for a stay as long as she is the manager!

I don’t leave very many, if any reviews. I stayed at the americas best inn in staples last week for business. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond any expectations. During my stay, I locked my keys in my car. Not only did they locate a locksmith for me, but when that company wasn’t able to help, they offered their own personal insurance with AAA to help me. I was able to get to work thanks to them.

ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! The room was comfortable, I slept wonderfully!!! Everything was in great condition and clean. I had travelled from CA and my plans abruptly changed. I had to get a last minute room and accommodation to get back to Minneapolis the next day. On a Sunday with no car this was a hard EXPENSIVE task. They we're so understanding and companionate and Alisha even gave me a ride to Brainerd where I could get a shuttle to the airport! I'm very grateful and impressed with the treatment I have received. Thank you for your help in getting me into a safe clean situation!!

Over all it was a great hotel. I’ve been here for 3 days, and the staff has been exceptionally helpful. Randy, the manager, has been great. Thanks everyone for your service, I’ll recommending this place for sure.

This hotel has some of the best service I've experienced in a hotel.
If you need something it is done asap even when you don't ask for it, and the manager here is on a nother level of friendliness

It was a very warm peaceful place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and relaxing. The manager is very nice and pleasant and very helpful and there was no loud people that were a issue. Just a nice little cozy room and a escape from the world. I will definitely recommend it to others and will stay here again in the future.

What a great place to to stay, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice and funny! The room was very nice and clean with fresh linens and towels. The bathroom and shower and tub was spotless. Everything about our stay was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to everyone looking for a great night of rest. This is a place I will definitely stay next time I am in town!!

Simple and clean rooms. We've stayed twice now. They are very accommodating for a spot to park our boat. Great location, next door to family dollar in case you forget to pack something, across the street from an excellent breakfast Cafe, and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Randy the manager's super nice the rooms were pretty decent the only thing that could be better the pillows are on the thin side

Friendly staff, bed were very soft and comfortable. Great hot water for taking baths and shower. I would stay again!!

We were not at love hotels staples. We were at The Spot Cafe. It was delicious We stop on whenever we go threw staples. Great food.

The employees are extremely friendly and happy to talk with you, or help find a room to fit your needs. The breakfast is simple but filling.

Really nice rooms. Good size. Located near the center of town, but also near the major roads. Decent breakfast selection (muffins, juice, waffles, toast). Good price. Very clean.

Very clean room and pleasant staff. She was very professional, kind and polite. I was very pleased with my stay!
