My son just finished his first youth season and it was a a success. I would highly recommend anyone that is planning on getting their kids going deer hunting buying a blind through Josh. When my son’s deer came out we were not set up for the shot as we expected that most deer would probably come in from a different angle. We were able to quietly and quickly reposition in the blind for my son to get the best shot off. The deer didn’t notice anything and my son was able to make an amazing shot. When adding my son’s deer, to the deer I took last year my first year in the blind, where I watched 5 doe graze near by for nearly an hour, oblivious to my presence, before a solid 8 pointer walked in and offered me a clean shot. In short just get yourself a Banks from Josh and you won’t regret it.

These blinds are a game changer for hunting whitetails. Especially for having two people sitting together. Josh is a great guy and very easy to work with. I have bought two blinds so far and with both of them he worked with me to customize each blind to my wishes. Highly Recommend !

Here you go Josh, I said that I was using old well pipe for bracing. Only thing I bought was four 4 x4 and lags, and some welding wire. Rock solid turned out nice, Great blind can’t wait for season to start. Thanks for setting me up. Ron

I had decided I wanted the best, permanent deer blind on the market and I went with the Banks Stump blind. Lunz Property Management (Josh) carries the Banks brand and he was exceedingly helpful in helping me decide what additional add-ons would be right for me. Additionally, he was able to deliver the blinds to my site which was awesome!! Their customer service, experience and knowledge of their products is top notch. I can't thank them enough!!

I needed a window suitable for a small hunting enclosure I had made, but was unable to find anything that really fit the pistol. Then recently I came across an add in FB Marketplace for the box blind windows offered by Lunz Properties and immediately recognized these were what I had been looking for. I responded to the add and a short time later was contacted by Josh. Over the course of a few messages back and forth we were able to determine an appropriate size, and the order was placed.
A few days later it arrived and upon inspection I found it truely was exactly what I had hoped for and was extremely happy with the product. Installation was a cinch. Cutting the opening, placing the window, and lastly, caulking the outside took about an hour start to finish. Piece of cake. Thanks Josh, for a fine product!

Got my windows for my deer blind trough josh. all of the hard wear for the windows was in the packages. they were very easy to install. lunz property management has very good customer service . Definitely recommend these guys

I left the comforts of my Banks Blind and went old school and sat up in an open tree blind. It was cold, windy and sprinkles of rain. I was sure happy to go back to my BANKS BLIND, no wind, warm and dry, sit all day in it. Thanks Josh Lunz

LPM has done two prescribed burns and a tree removal project on our RIM land. Very efficient work with great results and without breaking the budget. Planning on using LPM for future work. Would highly recommend.

We decided that we where sick of the cold. So we decided to look for a permanent stand. The stump 2 stand was what we wanted and Josh from Lunz property management was able to set us up. Josh is very easy to work with and is very knowledge on the blinds. Works very well for staying warm and dry.
