Anton's Restaurant

What a unique place with a fun atmosphere that has stood the test of time! Very friendly, & great service! Food was very good with fair pricing. We have eaten here many times over the years when in town and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Went to Anton's with a group of girlfriends and we all ordered something different. Every dish was amazing. Excellent pastas with a variety of sauces and ingredients. The Steak Oscar was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. And the best part is the Popover appetizer. Yum! The atmosphere was perfect for small groups or dates. We will definitely be back!

My friend from St Joseph brought me here during a recent visit and I loved it! It was a little chilly to sit outside with views of the river, but I loved the warmth and woodsy decor of the dining room. There is a full bar, a good wine list, and a nice selection of craft beers on tap. Fresh hot popovers with honey butter (oh yum!) were brought by our friendly and helpful server. My friend got the glazed salmon and I opted for the pork ribs — both were delicious! If there had been room for dessert, I’d have gone for the lava cake; that’ll be next time!

Recommended to us by the concierge at Country Inn & Suites in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Our request of a local restaurant that had good food and a quiet atmosphere—Anton’s was fantastic! We even contemplated coming through town again just to eat there a second time! We had the glazed salmon and chicken Gouda penne pasta. A classic supperclub with incredible charm. Whether you're in the vintage dining room or on the patio overlooking the river, Anton's has great ambiance. And the food is great too! Don't miss the popovers.

Food was amazingly full of flavor. The place is a fun throwback to moonshine days. Can't wait to come back .

We saw the Cowboy Christmas show and had supper. The show was very Branson Missouri-ish it was fun and funny, and not too naughty. The ribs were very good.

I loved everything about it. It was an amazing experience. The popover bread with honey butter is definitely the best dessert in my opinion. I'll definitely be coming back!!

Great food. Definitely worth the visit. The decorations are just an added bonus.

We have a pre dinner party one day before the wedding day on July 5 2019, for all the family members, friends and guess, the group was over 80 people , these place views are great next to the river, the service is excellent, the food was great,

The crab stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly. Very large selection of wine and spirits. Will definitely be back.

It is always a pleasure to dine at Anton's. We just walked in on Friday evening wanting walleye. I requested a table by the windows that look out over the river and that is where we were seated. Our waitress was awesome and our walleye was absolutely delicious.

Always great food here... Ambience is wonderful and service is top notch.

The ribeye steak was delicious and the popovers were amazing! There classic lemonade was right on and was the best that I have tasted in a very long time. I highly recommend this place for special occasions like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries etc... Completely satisfied with the food and atmosphere.

While some area restaurants are struggling with staff and supply chain, there was no evidence of that here. Food was prompt and well prepared. Our server was a hoot! Great experience overall. And the MN Rye Old Fashioned is awesome. Great 'local flair' menu item.

Very nice afternoon/early evening. Patty was our server, she was very pleasant accommodated our party of 5. We were given a carafe of Pepsi for the table. There were geese on the patio in back back the creek. We were given an option to eat upstairs on a screened porch or to eat indoors. Very nice experience. If you enjoy Popovers, they serve them with honey butter. 3 of us ordered the chicken salad with a popover. Heads up the chicken salad was good but a little mayonnaisey. So if you are sensitive to that watch out or perhaps ask them to go light on the mayonnaise. The other two had half pound burgers and they thought one of the best burgers they have had. For dessert we had caramel apple pie and caramel- chocolate pie with an Oreo base crust. All in all a very pleasant experience and we will visit again!
