Had a flat rear tire on my motorcycle. It also needed an oil change. They got me in and out the same day.

Dan Westra was very nice and helpful. He did a great job on my Alinement of my Camper.

Daun and the Bee Line crew went above and beyond with our 5th wheel camper. I will most definitely use these guys again! Alignment, new tires and major axel repairs were taken care of same day as we needed our camper back asap. Cannot thank this group enough!!!

Very polite and helpful making my appointment over the phone. My total was what we originally discussed, no surprise hidden fees. I have a 21 year old 3/4 ton pick up that for the first time since I bought it finally drives straight down the road. They provide prompt and perfect work!!! 5 stars and I totally recommend!!!

Needed my front brakes and rotors replaced in my motorhome. We told them we needed it back in one day because we were living in it. They were able to finish the job in one day and at a fair price. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

I have a 2016 Glaicer Toy Hauler that was wearing the outer sides of my tires so I wasn't sure if I needed an alignment or new axles.
My first step was to talk to Lippert, the company that manufactured the Axles and even though the fish house I have was 5 years out of Warranty, they still sent me 2 brand new axles with Hubs out of "Good Faith"
I installed them, then dropped my shack off at Bee Line before hours.
I called them when they opened and asked if they could possibly sneak me in to see if the axles fixed my problem or if I still needed an alignment. They brought it in and found out I did still need an alignment and fixed it the day I dropped it off.
Definitely recommend this shop! My fish house pulls like a dream now!

I was on my way through town headed up north early morning when my snowmobile trailer tire blew. Even though they were not open the service manager opened it up early and was on his back in the parking lot at 10 degrees below zero helping me to get a new wheel on it so that we could continue the trip in just a few minutes. These are good people. My only regret is that I cannot give him more of my business until I happen to be St. Joseph again. Highly recommend!

I'm the Rob in the previous review and would like to set some things straight.

#1 The sled was never brought in for the original work by the gentleman who submitted the review. It was brought in by the guy he bought it from and there were issues with the machine that should have been fixed but the repairs were declined. The machine was being sold and I was told they would take care of these issues before they sold the machine. The shocks were blown out from aggressive riding and all we were hired to do was rebuild them. Explicit instructions to do nothing more. More in fact the machine was not in a runnable state due to extra repairs being needed.

#2 If you have a very bad vibration you don't drive the machine. It is no different than driving a car for 100 miles on a flat tire. With a "engineering" background a bad vibration should be the first sign to stop and see what is the matter and not drive 500 miles on it causing the issues of complaint.

#3 The previous reviewer was looking for a very expensive free repair for something that the seller of the machine would not pay for. We were an easy target or so he thought.

This business has been in the owners family for over 75 years and I have witnessed him pay for issues or questions multiple times over the 8 years I have worked here. Many times into the thousands. However he won't be bullied on items that we are not responsible for.

No repair shop is perfect. It is unfortunately the nature of the business. But it's how you stand behind issues that make you a great repair center and if this was a Beeline mixup it would have been covered.

Very very helpful. On vacation and needed emergency repairs.
They got us in, fixed, and explained how to upgrade the new travel trailer so we don't get stranded again on next trip.

Bee Line was top notch when I lived in the area and top notch when my car broke down just passing through. I was back on the road within 2 hours of arrival. This is a very well known and reputable shop that has been in St. Joseph for more than one generation. As such, sometimes they are very busy but you can trust that they will perform the highest quality service on your auto, RV, boat, or motorcycle. I am also a motorcyclist and have had service and tires done in my 1600cc Roadstar.

I needed parts for a 15 year old motorcycle and they had them on hand! I was very surprised. Very satisfied with the excellent service.

Absolutely impressed with both sales and customer service . I have bought a Yamaha motorcycle and a Bad Boy mower from there and couldn’t be more satisfied . Straight forward honest and non pushy process . People say buy equipment on the dealer ... Beeline is top on my list 👍

Harrison was awesome, He had the Scooter all ready to go and the paperwork in order . gave me a tour of the shop, met the techs in the shop. Great customer service! I will return.

Took my lowhauler in for tire wear issue. Turns out both axles needed some attention. One tire was replaced for cords showing. I was unaware and greatful it was caught.
We live 20 miles South of Bemidji. I had searched there locally for some place to align the trailer axles there. None were found.
I had purchased a new trailer from Bee Line in 2004 and was impressed they were able to repair the used 2000 LH and that they are very professional, informative and safety concerned.

Rob is a great service manager and Dani is a great owner. I've bought three bikes from them and they make sure you're happy, their prices are competitive on parts and tires too.

Chad and Danny always quick to answer questions and great customer service.
