i always had a great confidence with Dr banks and great respect for her.
today i was told i could not have appointment reason i was given i had missed 4 appointments since2003. i do not buy that i know it was what she heard from another physician who happens to my partner of 18 years
just false stories not real story not sure why he does it...... im writting this out of shock and sadness not anger
.just do not get it. but soon truth comes . thank you karen for the care you did provide me in my time of need.

I'll never set foot in this office again so unreasonable and sometimes u feel like a dollar sign than a patient. Not to mention some of the rude workers there

I have been using this doctors office for a long time. My doctor was Laura ... and she stopped working there. After that I used a new physicians assistant. I have been treated rudely and not been able to get my medication because of a medication disagreement. I feel I have the right to ask for a different medication if I don't like the way one makes me feel. I told them I would go to a different doctor for that issue and they ended me as a patient completely. Now I'm waiting to establish with a new doctor and they are refusing to fill any of my prescriptions until then. Very unprofessional!!
