Called and spoke with someone the day prior to pickup. The person working said they would be available at 8AM for pickup the next day. I am waiting outside their shop and It's now 8:30 with no one here. Walked across the street to ask neighboring business if they know how to get a hold of the owners. They claimed that this happens all the time and they do not have a way to get ahold of the owners. But are sorry nonetheless.
